Claims (8)
- 선행강편의 후단부와 후행강편의 선단부를 맞대어접합한후 벤딩기능의 워크로울을 가진 복수의 스탠드를 배치한 연속열간압연설비를 공급해서 끝마무리압연함에 있어서, 끝마무리압연에 앞서 강편의 접합부로 인한 비정상영역의 접합부압연에 있어서 생기는 압연하중의 변동치를 예측하여 이 압연하중의 변동치로부터 강편의 접합부 압연시의 워크로울의 벤더력변화량을 산출함과 동시에 그 변화량을 고려하여 벤더력변화패턴을 결정하고 이어서 강편의 접합부를 그 접합직후부터 추적해서 1개이상의 스탠드에 있어서 상기한 패턴을 따라 벤더력을 조정해서 강편접합부를 압연하는것을 특징으로하는 강편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강편의 접합부가 i 번째의 스탠드에 도달할 때까지의 시간의 계산치와 실측치간의 차이를 추적오차시간(Ti)으로하고, 강편의 접합부의 하중변동에 대응하는 벤더력의 실부하시간이 2Ti 이상이 되도록 벤더력변화패턴을 결정하는것을 특징으로하는 강편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 복수의 스탠드에서 실시할 때 강편의 접합부가 i 번째의 스탠드에 도달하기까지의 시간의 계산치와 실측치와의 차이를 추적오차시간(Ti)으로하고, 이 오차시간이 최대가 되는 스탠드의 Ti을 사용해서 벤더력변화패턴을 결정하는 것을 특징으로하는 강편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 각 스탠드에서 선행강편 및 후행강편의 정상영역 목표출구측 판의 두께보다 강편 접합부의 목표출구측 판의 두께를 더 두껍게 설정하고, 강편 접합부가 각 스탠드에 도달하기전의 강편출구측 판의 두께는 접합부 목표출구측 판의 두께로 되고 또한 접합부가 스탠드를 통과한 후의 강편출구측 판의 두께는 정상부 목표출구측 판의 두께로 되도록 각 스탠드의 압하위치를 변경하는 것을 특징으로하는 강편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 접합부 및 접합부 전후구간의 판의 두께가 두꺼워져 생기는 압연하중변동 및 그 하중변동에 의해 생기는 압연재 판의 형상변화를 제어할 수 있는 워크로울 벤더력변화량을 온라인 혹은 오프라인으로 산출하는 수단을 구비하고, 접합부 및 그 전후구간의 판의 두께를 정상영역에 대해 두껍게 압연하는 부분에서 상기 장치에 의해 미리 산출된 소정의 벤더력변화량에 따라 벤더력을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로하는 강편접합부의 압연방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 압연기에 워크로울벤더와 다른 형상제어작동기를 구비하고 접합부 및 접합부 전후구간에서의 벤더력변화량에 따라 벤더력 변화전에 다른 형상제어작동기의 제어량을 변화시키고, 그 변화개시점과 변화종료점에서 압연재의 형상변화가 생기지않도록 작동기제어량의 변화에 동기해서 미리 벤더력을 변화시켜 판의 두께변화부에서 변화될 벤더력이 적어도 벤더능력이내가 되도록 하는것을 특징으로하는 강편접합부의 압연방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 압연기에 워크로울벤더와 로울크로스장치를 구비하고 접합부 및 접합부 전후구간에서의 벤더력변화량에 따라 벤더력 변화전에 로울크로스각의 주행간변경을 실행하고, 크로스각 변경개시점과 변경종료점에서 압연재의 형상변화가 생기지않도록 크로스각변경에 동기해서 미리 벤더력을 변화시켜 판의 두께변화부에서 변화될 벤더력이 적어도 벤더능력이내가 되도록 하는것을 특징으로하는 강편접합부의 압연방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 압연기에 워크로울벤더와 로울이동장치를 구비하고 접합부 및 접합부 전후구간에서의 벤더력변화량에 따라 벤더력 변화전에 로울이동량의 주행간 변화를 일으키고, 이동량 변화개시점과 변화종료점에서 압연재의 형상변화가 생기지않도록 이동량변화에 동기해서 미리 벤더력을 변화시켜 판의 두께변화부에서 변화될 벤더력이 적어도 벤더능력이내가 되도록 하는것을 특징으로하는 강편접합부의 압연방법.
