Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.予め選択され個々に識別できる血液試料をそれぞれ収容する少なくとも1個 の試料容器と、複数個の試料容器を支持する支持手段を含み移動路上に前記試料 容器を動かす試料容器担持手段とを具え、関連作動する血球計算装置に試料群の 中から多数の無作為に関連する血液試料を自動的に選択的に移送する装置におい て、 前記試料を血球計算装置に通す以前に前記試料を加圧する移動可能な試料受理 手段と、 この試料受理手段の移動路に直角に前記試料容器担持手段を動かす手段と、 前記試料容器担持手段から試料容器を自動的に取り外して前記試料受理手段に 掛合させるため前記試料容器担持手段に関連作動しその作動によって前記試料を 再懸濁させ混合させる試料再懸濁混合手段と、 前記試料容器に接触しこの試料容器を前記試料容器担持手段から垂直に上昇さ せて前記試料受理手段に一時的にシール掛合させると共に前記垂直上昇運動を円 形渦流運動に並進させて前記試料容器の内容物に渦流を生ぜしめる接触手段を有 する移動可能部材と、 前記試料を加圧することに応動して前記試料容器から前記血球計算装置に前記 試料を送給するため前記試料受理手段に掛合作動する吸出手段とを設けたことを 特徴とする血液試料移送装置。 2.選択された前記試料に対し前記試料再懸濁混合手段を自己心決めする手段を 前記試料再懸濁混合手段に設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 3.各個々の試料容器を識別する予め選択した識別表示を前記試料容器担持手段 に設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 4.カルーゼルを前記試料容器担持手段に掛合させる駆動掛合手段を前記試料容 器担持手段に設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 5.前記駆動掛合手段に連結する駆動手段と、前記カルーゼルを積載ホームポジ ションに指向させる指向手段とを設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲4に記載の 装置。 6.選択した試料容器を動かして前記試料再懸濁手段に掛合させるよう前記試料 容器担持手段を回転させると共に、前記選択した試料容器を動かして前記試料受 理手段に掛合させる位置表示手段を前記指向手段に設けたことを特徴とする請求 の範囲5に記載の装置。 7.前記試料受理手段から残留試料を除去する一体バックフラッシュ手段をこの 試料受理手段に設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 8.試料容器上の個々の表示を識別する位置に前記試料容器を自動的に回転する と共に、前記試料受理手段に掛合させるため前記試料容器を前記担持手段から除 去した時前記試料容器を支持するために、試料容器に掛合し離脱するよう水平に 移動し得る手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 9.前記試料容器を回転し支持する前記手段には自由端に弾性試料容器掛合部材 を担持する細長い枢着リンクを設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲8に記載の装 置。 10.一端に固着した摺動可能な釣合い錘を有する垂直に配置した垂直部材を前 記移動可能部材に設け、前記移動可能部材が試料容器に対し移動した際、中心を 外れた位置から中心に前記移動可能部材を自動的に調整可能にしたことを特徴と する請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 11.前記移動可能部材を垂直に上下動させる駆動手段を設けたことを特徴とす る請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 12.試料容器の下方に前記移動可能部材を同軸に位置決めさせるため前記移動 可能部材に対する前記容器担持手段の位置を表示する信号発生手段を設け、前記 担持手段から離して前記試料容器を垂直に上昇させて前記試料容器を前記試料受 理手段にシール掛合させることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 13.前記容器担持手段の各1個と前記試料受理手段と前記試料再懸濁混合手段 と前記吸出手段とに関連作動する個々の電気光学位置センサを設け、前記装置の 作動中、前記担持手段と前記試料受理手段と前記試料再懸濁混合手段と前記吸出 手段とが移動する時それぞれの検知部材を遮って作動させるように位置して作動 する細長い不透明部材を前記位置センサのおのおのに設けたことを特徴とする請 求の範囲1に記載の装置。 14.各試料容器の下方の前記試料容器担持手段の前記支持手段に開口を設け、 前記移動可能部材の前記接触手段をこの開口に通して動かして前記試料容器を前 記試料容器担持手段から上昇させることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の装置 。 15.試料群の中から試料を選択的に移送する装置において、 ベース端と試料積載吸出端とをそれぞれ有する複数個の試料容器と、 前記複数個の試料容器の少なくとも前記ベース端を保持するベース端保持手段 と前記試料容器を混合ステーションに動かす手段とを有する試料担持体と、 前記試料担持体から離間した吸出位置に前記試料容器の前記試料積載吸出端を 支持する支持手段と、 前記試料担持体から試料容器を取り外して前記支持手段に掛合させるため前記 試料担持体に関連作動しその作動によって前記試料を再懸濁させ混合させる試料 再懸濁混合手段と、 前記試料容器に接触しこの試料容器を前記担持体から垂直に上昇させて前記支 持手段に一時的にシール掛合させると共に前記垂直上昇運動を円形渦流運動に並 進させて前記試料容器の内容物に渦流を生ぜしめる接触手段を有する移動 可能部材とを設けたことを特徴とする試料移送装置。 16.各試料容器の下方の前記試料容器担持体の前記ベース端保持手段に開口を 設け、前記移動可能部材の前記接触手段をこの開口に通して動かして前記試料容 器を前記担持体から上昇させることを特徴とする請求の範囲15に記載の装置。 17.前記試料容器から前記試料を送給するため前記支持手段に掛合作動する吸 出手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲16に記載の装置。
