Claims (5)
- 防振装置本体をブラケットの装着スペースへ側方から挿し入れて、該ブラケットにおける該装着スペースの対向内面間に該防振装置本体の固定用部材を配置して固定的に支持させたブラケット付き防振装置において、
前記ブラケットには前記装着スペースの対向内面に係合片が設けられており、前記防振装置本体の前記固定用部材に形成された抜止係合面に対する該係合片の係合作用によって、該ブラケットの該装着スペースからの該防振装置本体の抜け出しが阻止されている一方、
該ブラケットにおける該装着スペースの対向壁部には開口窓が貫通形成されており、該開口窓を通じて外部から見える該係合片の外側面と、該開口窓を外れた該ブラケットの外部側面とにおいて、互いに平行な検査用平坦面が設けられているブラケット付き防振装置。 - 前記係合片の内側面と前記固定用部材との重ね合わせ面間に隙間が設けられている請求項1に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記ブラケットの外部側面に設けられた前記検査用平坦面は、該ブラケットの外部側面を成形する金型の型割方向において前記開口窓と隣接して設けられている請求項1又は2に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き防振装置の製造方法であって、
前記係合片の外側面と前記ブラケットの外部側面とに設けられた前記検査用平坦面の相対位置を測定して、該係合片と前記抜止係合面との係合不良を検出する非破壊検査工程を含むブラケット付き防振装置の製造方法。 - 前記検査用平坦面の相対位置を該検査用平坦面と直交する方向において測定する請求項4に記載のブラケット付き防振装置の製造方法。
