Description
Claims (6)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が上下に離れて配置されて、それら第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって相互に弾性連結された防振装置本体を有していると共に、該防振装置本体に装着されるブラケットが横方向に差し入れられた該第二の取付部材に固定されているブラケット付き防振装置において、
前記第二の取付部材にガイド部が設けられていると共に、前記ブラケットには該第二の取付部材の該ブラケットへの差入れ方向に延びるガイド溝が設けられており、該ガイド部が該ガイド溝に挿入されて上下方向で位置決めされていると共に、
該防振装置本体の上下の少なくとも一方の端面に重ね合わされる圧縮壁面が前記ブラケットに設けられており、該圧縮壁面に対して上下反対側に位置する該ガイド溝の溝幅内面が該圧縮壁面に対して相対的に傾斜して該第二の取付部材の該ブラケットへの差入れ方向に向けてそれらガイド溝の溝幅内面と圧縮壁面が上下方向で相互に接近していることを特徴とするブラケット付き防振装置。 - 前記ガイド溝の溝幅内面が前記第二の取付部材の前記ブラケットへの差入れ方向に対して傾斜する傾斜面とされて差入れ方向に向けて上下反対側に位置する前記圧縮壁面に接近していると共に、前記ガイド部における該ガイド溝の溝幅内面と対応する面が該ガイド溝の溝幅内面と同じ方向に傾斜する傾斜面とされている請求項1に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記ガイド部の表面に被覆ゴムが固着されている請求項1又は2に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記第二の取付部材における前記ガイド部には差入れ方向に突出するかしめピンが設けられていると共に、前記ブラケットにおける前記ガイド溝の差入れ方向先端壁部には該かしめピンに対応するかしめ孔が設けられており、該かしめピンが該かしめ孔に挿通された状態で該かしめピンの先端部が該かしめ孔の開口周縁部にかしめ固定されている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記防振装置本体が壁部の一部を前記本体ゴム弾性体で構成されて非圧縮性流体を封入された流体室を備えていると共に、該防振装置本体が前記第二の取付部材に対して前記第一の取付部材と上下反対側に配された圧縮部材を備えている一方、
前記ブラケットの前記ガイド溝における該第一の取付部材側の溝幅内面が該第二の取付部材の該ブラケットへの差入れ方向に対して傾斜する傾斜面とされているとともに該圧縮部材側の前記圧縮壁面が差入れ方向に広がってそれらガイド溝の溝幅内面と圧縮壁面が差入れ方向に向けて相互に接近しており、
該防振装置本体の下方の前記端面とされた該圧縮部材の下端面が該圧縮壁面に当接した状態で該防振装置本体に該ブラケットが装着されることにより該第二の取付部材と該圧縮部材の間に配された封止体が該第二の取付部材と該圧縮部材の間で挟み込まれて該流体室のシール構造を構成している請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。 - 前記ブラケットにおける前記第一の取付部材側の前記圧縮壁面が前記第二の取付部材の該ブラケットへの差入れ方向に対して傾斜する傾斜面とされて、該第一の取付部材とは反対側の前記ガイド溝の溝幅内面に対して該第二の取付部材の前記ブラケットへの差入れ方向に向けて相互に接近していると共に、前記防振装置本体の該第一の取付部材側の端面となる上方の前記端面が該圧縮壁面に当接して前記本体ゴム弾性体が上下方向に予圧縮された状態で該防振装置本体に該ブラケットが装着されている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
