Description
Claims (6)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されていると共に、該第一の取付部材側に形成された筒状部にブラケットが圧入固定されており、該本体ゴム弾性体の弾性変形量を制限するストッパが設けられたブラケット付き防振装置において、
前記本体ゴム弾性体と一体形成された第一のストッパゴムが前記第一の取付部材に設けられていると共に、該本体ゴム弾性体と別体で形成されて該第一のストッパゴムよりもばね定数を大きくされた第二のストッパゴムが前記ブラケットに設けられて、前記ストッパが該第一の取付部材と前記第二の取付部材の相対変位によって該第一のストッパゴムおよび該第二のストッパゴムと当接して該本体ゴム弾性体の弾性変形量を制限するストッパゴム当接面を有していると共に、該ストッパにおいて該第一のストッパゴムが該第二のストッパゴムよりも該ストッパゴム当接面に近接していることを特徴とするブラケット付き防振装置。 - 前記第一のストッパゴムが前記筒状部の周上の複数方向に設けられていると共に、前記第二のストッパゴムが前記ブラケットの表面において複数方向に設けられており、それら第一のストッパゴムと第二のストッパゴムが設けられた複数方向においてそれぞれ前記ストッパが構成されている請求項1に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記第二のストッパゴムのゴム硬度が前記第一のストッパゴムのゴム硬度よりも大きくされている請求項1又は2に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記第二のストッパゴムの前記ブラケットからの突出寸法が前記第一のストッパゴムの前記筒状部からの突出寸法よりも小さくされている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記ブラケットが前記筒状部への圧入方向に対して傾斜して広がる規定段差面を備えており、該規定段差面と該筒状部の開口端面との当接によって該ブラケットが該筒状部に対して圧入方向で位置決めされていると共に、前記第二のストッパゴムには該規定段差面と前記第一のストッパゴムとの間で挟み込まれる挟持部が設けられている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記規定段差面が前記ブラケットの両側に広がって、該規定段差面の両側内端部が前記筒状部の開口端面に当接していると共に、該ブラケットには該規定段差面の両側外端部に開口する切欠きが形成されて該切欠きにおいて該規定段差面が前記第一のストッパゴムに対して離れて対向しており、該切欠きが形成された該規定段差面の両側外端部と該第一のストッパゴムの間で前記第二のストッパゴムの前記挟持部が挟み込まれている請求項5に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
