Claims (10)
- 予知及び予防保全を支援するシステムにおいて、
製造環境内の複数の製造セルであって、前記複数の製造セルの中の各製造セルが、セルコントローラと、溶接設備、切削設備、又は付加的製造設備のうちの少なくとも1つと、を含む複数の製造セルと、
中央コントローラと、
前記中央コントローラ及び前記複数の製造セルに動作的に接続され、前記中央コントローラと、前記複数の製造セルの各々の前記セルコントローラとの間のデータ通信を支援するように構成された通信ネットワークと、
を含み、
前記中央コントローラは、
前記通信ネットワークを介して前記複数の製造セルの各々の前記セルコントローラからセルデータを経時的に収集し、前記セルデータは、前記複数の製造セルの各々の、同じ構成要素タイプの動作、パフォーマンス、又は修理のうちの少なくとも1つに関していて、前記構成要素タイプに関する集合セルデータセットを形成することであって、前記構成要素タイプの構成要素は、溶接ではなく、前記溶接設備、前記切削設備又は前記付加的製造設備のうちの少なくとも1つに関連付けられ、前記セルデータは、前記構成要素タイプの構成要素の劣化率を示すフィードバックデータを含む、ことと、

- それぞれ前記複数の製造セルの各々における前記構成要素タイプのある構成要素に関連付けられた少なくとも1つのセンサをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、前記構成要素の動作、パフォーマンス、又は修理に関連付けられる少なくとも1つのパラメータを検出し、前記少なくとも1つのパラメータを前記セルデータとして、それぞれの前記少なくとも1つのセルコントローラに直接又は間接に報告するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記中央コントローラは、前記通信ネットワークを介して、少なくとも1人の保全担当者に関連付けられた少なくとも1つの携帯通信機器に対し、前記構成要素タイプのある構成要素をいつ修理又は交換すべきかを示すメッセージを送信するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記通信ネットワークは、前記中央コントローラと、前記複数の製造セルの各セルコントローラとの間の無線通信を容易にするように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
