Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication additive ou de rechargement de pièces métalliques par amenée de fil, lors duquel du fil métallique d’apport (2) est amené à l’aide d’une tête de distribution (1) de fil et est fondu à l’aide d’une source d’énergie de façon à être déposé sur un substrat (3), la tête (1) comportant des moyens d’alimentation en fil (2) aptes à faire varier la vitesse d’alimentation du fil ainsi que la position de l’extrémité du fil (2), caractérisé en ce que la longueur de fil sorti, c’est-à-dire la longueur de fil (2) comprise entre la tête (1) et l’extrémité libre dudit fil (2), est déterminée à l’aide de moyens optiques, la longueur de fil sorti étant ajustée ou régulée, à l’aide des moyens d’alimentation en fil de la tête (1).
