Claims (10)
- 保全を遅延させることのできるシステムにおいて、
製造環境内の複数の製造セルであって、前記複数の製造セルの各製造セルは、セルコントローラと、溶接設備と、を含む複数の製造セルと、
中央コントローラと、
前記中央コントローラ及び前記複数の製造セルに動作的に接続され、前記中央コントローラと、前記複数の製造セルの各々の前記セルコントローラとの間のデータ通信を支援するように構成された通信ネットワークと、
を含み、
前記中央コントローラは、
前記通信ネットワークを介して、前記複数の製造セルの各々の前記セルコントローラから溶接データを収集し、前記溶接データは、前記複数の製造セルの各々で製造されている同じ種類の部品上に前記溶接設備が生成する溶接シーケンスに関していて、前記複数の製造セルのための集合溶接データセットを形成し、
前記集合溶接データセットを分析して、前記溶接シーケンスのうち、前記溶接設備の少なくとも1つの構成要素が劣化したことによる劣化を生じている少なくとも1つの溶接を特定する
ように構成されるシステム。 - 前記中央コントローラは、
前記劣化に対抗するために、前記溶接シーケンスのうちの前記少なくとも1つの溶接を生成することに関連付けられた更新済み溶接パラメータ集合を生成し、
前記通信ネットワークを介して、前記更新済み溶接パラメータ集合を前記複数の製造セルの少なくとも1つの製造セルの前記セルコントローラに通信する

前記複数の製造セルの前記少なくとも1つの製造セルの前記セルコントローラは、前記溶接設備に対して、前記劣化に対抗するための前記更新済み溶接パラメータ集合を使って、前記溶接設備に対して実行しなければならない保全を遅延させることを命じるように構成される、

- 前記溶接設備の前記少なくとも1つの構成要素は、コンタクトチップ、ガスノズル、ワイヤ管路、ワイヤライナ、電気ケーブル、ワイヤ駆動ロール、ツール固定具、ツールクランプ、エアフィルタ、又はロボット関節のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の製造セルはロボット製造セルである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記中央コントローラは、前記溶接シーケンスの中の、劣化を生じている前記少なくとも1つの溶接の識別情報を、前記通信ネットワークを通じて前記複数の製造セルの少なくとも1つの製造セルの前記セルコントローラに通信するように構成され、
前記複数の製造セルの前記少なくとも1つの製造セルの前記セルコントローラは、前記少なくとも1つの製造セルの前記溶接設備のロボットに対し、前記識別情報に応答して、前記少なくとも1つの溶接に向かうことを命令するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記中央コントローラは、前記溶接シーケンスの中の、劣化を生じている前記少なくとも1つの溶接の識別情報を、前記通信ネットワークを通じて前記複数の製造セルの少なくとも1つの製造セルの前記セルコントローラに通信するように構成され、
前記複数の製造セルの前記少なくとも1つの製造セルの前記セルコントローラは、前記識別情報に応答して、製造されている前記部品上の前記少なくとも1つの溶接の位置が前記少なくとも1つの製造セルの表示装置上で前記少なくとも1つの製造セルのオペレータに対してグラフィクスにより表示されることを命令するように構成される、
