Description

本開示は、概して、ミニチュア顕微鏡の製作に関し、そして特に、ソフトリソグラフィを用いてミニチュア内視鏡を製作するための、そして最少侵襲的画像形成および画像に導かれる治療のための、例示的なシステム、方法、およびコンピュータ・アクセス可能媒体に関する。
Claims (26)
- スペクトルでコード化された内視鏡検査光学配置において回折する回折構成を提供する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのパターン化した表面を有するエラストマー材料を提供する手順、
プレポリマー接着剤配合物を用いて前記エラストマー材料を導波路配置の少なくとも一部と接続する手順、および、
前記エラストマー材料の構造または少なくとも1つの特徴を少なくともほぼ複製する前記回折構成を形成するように、前記プレポリマー接着剤配合物を重合させる手順、
を含む、方法。 - 前記回折構成は、格子である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学配置から前記エラストマー材料を取り除く手順をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学配置は、前記回折構成との光通信において少なくとも1つのレンズを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、堅いエラストマーコンポーネントおよび柔らかいバックサポートを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記重合させる手順は、重合させるために前記プレポリマー接着剤配合物に少なくとも1つの電磁放射線を適用する手順を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電磁放射線は、前記導波路配置を介して提供される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記プレポリマー接着剤配合物は、1.3〜1.7の屈折率を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記回折構成は、1mm未満の直径または横断面を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記格子は、1000ライン/mmよりも大きい溝密度を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記格子は、1よりも大きい溝アスペクト比を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記格子は、70%よりも大きい回折効率を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記光学配置は、GRINレンズを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- スペクトルでコード化された内視鏡検査光学配置において回折する回折構成を提供するシステムであって、
a.少なくとも1つのパターン化した表面を有するエラストマー材料を提供するために、
b.プレポリマー接着剤配合物を用いて前記エラストマー材料を導波路配置の少なくとも一部と接続するために、そして、
c.前記エラストマー材料の構造または少なくとも1つの特徴を少なくともほぼ複製する前記回折構成を形成するように、前記プレポリマー接着剤配合物を重合させるために、
プロセス構成をコントロールするように構成される処理コンピュータ装置、
を備える、システム。 - 前記回折構成は、格子である、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記格子は、1000ライン/mmよりも大きい溝密度を有する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記格子は、1よりも大きい溝アスペクト比を有する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記格子は、70%よりも大きい回折効率を有する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理コンピュータ装置は、前記光学配置から前記エラストマー材料を取り除くために、前記プロセス構成をコントロールするようにさらに構成される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学配置は、前記回折構成との光通信において少なくとも1つのレンズを含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、堅いエラストマーコンポーネントおよび柔らかいバックサポートを含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。

- 前記回折構成は、1mm未満の直径または横断面を有する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学配置は、GRINレンズを含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
