Claims (3)
- 組立ロボットにより、ストッカから取り出した副部品を主部品に組み付ける部品組立システムにおいて、
主搬送路に配置された複数の組立ステーションと、
前記複数の組立ステーションのそれぞれに配置されたストッカと、
前記主搬送路を走行し、前記複数の組立ステーションに主部品を搬送する主部品搬送台車と、
副部品を搭載して前記主搬送路を走行する副部品搬送台車と、
前記副部品搬送台車に搭載された副部品を前記ストッカへ移載する移載装置と、
前記複数の組立ステーションのそれぞれに配置され、前記ストッカへ移載された副部品を、前記主搬送路を走行する前記主部品に組み付けるための組立ロボットと、
前記主搬送路から分岐・合流する部品投入路と、
前記部品投入路において、前記副部品搬送台車に副部品を供給する副部品供給手段と、
前記ストッカにおける副部品情報に基づいて、前記副部品搬送台車を前記主搬送路から前記部品投入路に分岐させ、前記副部品供給手段から供給された副部品を前記副部品搬送台車に積み込んで前記主搬送路に合流させる搬送台車制御装置と、を有することを特徴とする部品組立システム。 - 前記移載装置が、前記副部品搬送台車に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品組立システム。
- 前記主部品搬送台車と前記副部品搬送台車を連結する連結部を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の部品組立システム。
