Claims (7)
- 駆動機械(100)と被駆動部(101)との間の出力伝達のための動力伝達装置(1)であって、ダンパ装置(2)が設けられており、該ダンパ装置(2)が、直列接続可能な第1のダンパ(3)及び第2のダンパ(4)と、回転数適応型の動吸振器(5)とを備えている動力伝達装置(1)において、
回転数適応型の動吸振器(5)が、当該動力伝達装置(1)を経由する少なくとも1つの動力伝達方向で前記第1のダンパ(3)及び前記第2のダンパ(4)の間に配置されており、
回転数適応型の動吸振器(5)が、遠心力振り子装置として形成されており、該遠心力振り子装置が、少なくとも1つの慣性質量体支持装置(10)と、少なくとも1つの慣性質量体(9.1,9.2,9.11,9.12,9.13,9.14)とを有しており、該慣性質量体が、半径方向で慣性質量体支持装置(10)に、該慣性質量体支持装置(10)に対して相対的に運動可能に、振り子式に揺動するように支承されており、
当該動力伝達装置(1)が、ポンプ車(P)として働く少なくとも1つの一次車と、タービン車(T)として働く少なくとも1つの二次車とを備えたハイドロダイナミック式のコンポーネント(6)を有しており、一次車と二次車とが、一緒になって1つの作業室(AR)を形成しており、
当該動力伝達装置(1)が、ハイドロダイナミック式のコンポーネント(6)を経由する出力伝達を少なくとも部分的にバイパスするためのロックアップ装置(7)を有しており、
駆動機械(100)から被駆動部(101)へ向かう動力伝達方向において、前記第1のダンパ(3)は、前記ロックアップ装置(7)に相対回動不能に連結された入力部分としての一次部分(15)と、出力部分としての二次部分(16)と、前記一次部分(15)及び前記二次部分(16)を周方向で互いに対して相対的に制限された範囲で回動可能に連結するばねユニット(20)とを有し、前記第2のダンパ(4)は、前記第1のダンパ(3)の二次部分(16)に相対回動不能に連結された入力部分としての一次部分(21)と、前記被駆動部(101)に相対回動不能に連結された出力部分としての二次部分(22)と、前記一次部分(21)及び前記二次部分(22)を周方向で互いに対して相対的に制限された範囲で回動可能に連結するばねユニット(25)とを有し、
前記第2のダンパ(4)は、前記第1のダンパ(3)に対し、半径方向内方に、且つ軸方向で前記二次車側にオフセットするように配置されており、
前記第2のダンパ(4)の一次部分(21)は、半径方向内方の一端で前記二次車に相対回動不能に結合されているとともに、半径方向外方の他端で、前記第1のダンパ(3)の外周面(28)の範囲にまで延在する前記慣性質量体支持装置(10)を構成しており、
前記動吸振器(5)は、前記オフセットにより形成された、前記第2のダンパ(4)の半径方向外方の、軸方向で前記第1のダンパ(3)と前記二次車との間に位置するスペースに配置されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記遠心力振り子装置が、多数の慣性質量体(9.1,9.2,9.11,9.12,9.13,9.14)を有している、請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 回転数適応型の動吸振器(5)が、軸方向で空間的に当該動力伝達装置(1)の入力側(E)と出力側(A)との間で見て、ダンパ装置(2)とハイドロダイナミック式のコンポーネント(6)との間に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の動力伝達装置。
- 回転数適応型の動吸振器(5)が、軸方向で空間的に前記第1のダンパ(3)及び前記第2のダンパ(4)の間に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の動力伝達装置。
- 回転数適応型の動吸振器(5)が、軸方向で空間的に、当該動力伝達装置(1)の入力側(E)と出力側(A)との間で見て、前記第1のダンパ(3)及び前記第2のダンパ(4)の手前に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の動力伝達装置。
- 個々の慣性質量体(9.1,9.2,9.11,9.12,9.13,9.14)が、半径方向でダンパ装置(2)の延在長さの範囲に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1のダンパ(3)及び前記第2のダンパ(4)の、一次部分(15,21)または二次部分(16,22)が、フランジエレメント(32,34)または該フランジエレメント(32,34)の両側に配置された連行ディスク(33,35)によって形成されて、互いに同心的に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の動力伝達装置。
