Claims (4)
- 浸漬処理浴槽に沿って走行する搬送用走行体に、前記浸漬処理浴槽上を水平に横断する回転軸と当該回転軸を回転駆動する回転軸駆動手段を設け、前記回転軸にワーク支持手段を設け、このワーク支持手段に支持された被処理ワークを前記回転軸の回転により浸漬処理浴槽内に浸漬できるようにした走行型浸漬処理装置において、搬送用走行体上に、当該搬送用走行体の走行方向の前後に往復移動自在で且つ前記回転軸を支持する可動台と、当該可動台を前後往復移動させる可動台駆動手段が設けられ、この可動台駆動手段が、前記回転軸の周りで回転する被処理ワークの回転軌跡の、定位置で水平に支持されているときの被処理ワークの前後方向端位置からの張り出しを減じる方向に、前記回転軸の回転に伴って前記可動台を前後移動させるように構成された、走行型浸漬処理装置。
- 前記可動台駆動手段は、前記可動台上に支持され且つ前記回転軸と平行な水平軸心の周りで当該回転軸に連動して回転する回転アームと、この回転アームの1回転運動を搬送用走行体に対する前記可動台の1往復運動に変換する回転/直線往復動変換機構とから構成されている、請求項1に記載の走行型浸漬処理装置。
- 前記回転/直線往復動変換機構は、前記回転アームに隣り合うように前記搬送用走行体に垂直上下方向に取り付けられたガイドレールと、前記回転アームの遊端側に取り付けられ且つ前記ガイドレールに昇降自在に係合する昇降部材とから構成されている、請求項2に記載の走行型浸漬処理装置。
- 前記可動台駆動手段は、前記回転軸駆動手段のモーターとは別のモーターによって駆動される駆動用回動体を備えている、請求項1に記載の走行型浸漬処理装置。
