Description
引っ張り強度
それぞれ500 mm幅および20 μm厚を持つ、三層ポリエチレンフィルム(接着層/コア層/非接着層)の各標本に対し、DIN EN ISO 527-3による引っ張り強度試験を、1回は帯状フィルム付き(それぞれ15 mm幅、20 μm厚;標本番号1から4)、1回は帯状フィルム無し(標本番号5から8)で行った。試験は、各場合において、n=4標本として行った。フィルムの制限長100 mm、力トランスジューサーFmax 200N、初期力0.1 N、試験速度500 mm/分である。
フィルムのロールにおける剥離抵抗の定量
それぞれ500 mm幅および20 μm厚を持つ、三層ポリエチレンフィルム(接着層/コア層/非接着層)の各標本に対し、ASTM D 5458, 1995による剥離抵抗試験を、1回は帯状フィルム付き(それぞれ1インチ=25.4 mm幅、20 μm厚;標本番号1から4)、1回は端における帯状フィルム無し(標本番号5から7)で行った。力トランスジューサーFmax 200N、条件づけは23℃で>24時間、標本の試験前延伸は0%である。
Claims (11)
- フィルム成形工程時、フィルム(A)が初めて巻き上げられる前に、フィルム(A)から切り離された帯状フィルム(B´)または別のフィルムの帯状フィルム(B´)が、フィルム(A)の端に、前記フィルム(A)が少なくとも辺縁において少なくとも二重となるようにそれぞれ適用される、補強された辺縁(3)および/または端を有するフィルムの製造方法であって、
前記フィルム(A)および別のフィルムはそれぞれが少なくとも1つの接着面を有する自己接着性の延伸性フィルムであり、
前記フィルム(A)の前記接着面を前記帯状フィルム(B´)の接着面と接触させ、
前記の帯状フィルム(B´)が、前記フィルム(A)の辺縁と、できるだけほぼ平らに終結するように前記の帯状フィルム(B´)が適用される方法。 - 前記の別のフィルムの帯状フィルム(B´)が、接着面と非接着面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記帯状フィルム(B´)は、前記フィルム(A)創出の直後、前記フィルム(A)が初めて巻き上げられる前に、保護される前記フィルム(A)の上面および/または下面に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム(A)と前記帯状フィルム(B´)とが長軸方向において同じ引張伸び率を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記の帯状フィルム(B´)が、前記フィルムの射出または鋳型形成直後に前記フィルム(A)の端において切断された帯状フィルムであって、適切であれば、前記帯状フィルム(B´)は、前記帯状フィルム(B´)の接着面が前記フィルム(A)の接着面に直面するように反転させられ、前記帯状フィルムが切り離された前記フィルム(A)が初めて巻き取られる前に、前記帯状フィルムが切り離された前記フィルム(A)と前記帯状フィルム(B´)とが再び接触させられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の一項に記載の方法。
- 自己接着性の延伸性フィルムから切り離された帯状フィルムにより補強されている辺縁を有する自己接着性の延伸性フィルム(3)をフィルム(A)から製造するためのデバイスであって、
ここで、
前記フィルム(A)および前記帯状フィルムのそれぞれが少なくとも1つの接着面を有する自己接着性の延伸性フィルムであり、
フィルム(3)では前記フィルム(A)の前記接着面が前記帯状フィルム(B´)の接着面と接触しており、
前記デバイスは、
フィルムウェブ(A)をガイドして巻き上げデバイス方向に送るためのロール配置、前記フィルム(3)のための巻き上げデバイス、および前記巻き上げデバイスの前に少なくとも1つの帯状フィルム(B´)の供給デバイス(1)を含むことを特徴とし、前記デバイスはさらに、
前記フィルム(A)の端を巻き上げ方向に切断して前記の帯状フィルム(B´)を切り離すための切断デバイス(4)、および前記供給デバイス(1)から供給された帯状フィルムを端が切り離された前記フィルム(A)に接触させるための加圧要素(2)を含むことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記帯状フィルム(B´)が前記フィルム(A)の端に適用されるように帯状フィルム(B´)の供給デバイス(1)が位置づけられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記接触の前に前記帯状フィルムを翻転するための偏向デバイス(U)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のデバイス。
- 別のフィルムの少なくとも1つの帯状フィルム(B´)を端にそれぞれ有することにより、フィルム(3)の端が多重となり、前記帯状フィルム(B´)がフィルム(A)の辺縁と、できるだけほぼ平らになるように終結している、補強された辺縁部および/または端を有するフィルム(3)であって、
前記フィルム(A)および別のフィルムのそれぞれが少なくとも1つの接着面を有する自己接着性の延伸性フィルムであり、
前記フィルム(A)の前記接着面が前記帯状フィルム(B´)の接着面と接触しているフィルム。 - 前記フィルム(A)と前記帯状フィルム(B´)とが長軸方向において同じ引張伸び率を有するか、または前記帯状フィルム(B´)が前記フィルム(A)よりも伸びやすいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のフィルム(3)。
- 請求項9または10に記載のフィルム(3)の、品目の包装のための、および/またはさらなる加工または製造のための使用。
