Description
Claims (3)
- 半導体製造工程で排出される不活性雰囲気ガス中の一酸化炭素の除害剤であって、主成分となるマンガン酸化物に、金、白金、銀、ロジウムのうち少なくとも一種の金属単体又はこれらの金属化合物を添加したことを特徴とする一酸化炭素の除害剤。
- 前記マンガン酸化物が、酸化マンガン(III)又は酸化マンガン(IV)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の一酸化炭素の除害剤。
- 前記金属単体又は金属化合物の添加量は、除害剤全重量に占める割合が0.1〜10%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の一酸化炭素の除害剤。
