Description
鋼板を全体として柱状に積層した回転子鉄心と、この回転子鉄心中にその軸心を中心とする略正多角形の各辺に対応する部位に形成された永久磁石収容孔と、永久磁石収納孔にそれぞれ挿入された永久磁石と、永久磁石収容孔の外周部鉄心に形成され、径方向に細長く、かつ、永久磁石収容孔に沿って離隔配置された4個以上のスリット孔とを備えてなる永久磁石電動機において、
スリット孔の径方向外側端のピッチを略等しくし、径方向内側端のピッチを永久磁石の中央部を大きくし、中央部から端部に離れるに従って小さくした、
ことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (5)
- 鋼板を全体として柱状に積層した回転子鉄心と、この回転子鉄心中にその軸心を中心とする略正多角形の各辺に対応する部位に形成された永久磁石収容孔と、前記永久磁石収納孔にそれぞれ挿入された永久磁石と、前記永久磁石収容孔の外周部鉄心に形成され、径方向に細長く、かつ、前記永久磁石収容孔に沿って離隔配置された4個以上のスリット孔とを備えてなる永久磁石電動機において、
前記スリット孔の径方向外側端のピッチを略等しくし、径方向内側端のピッチを前記永久磁石の中央部を大きくし、中央部から端部に離れるに従って小さくした、
ことを特徴とする永久磁石電動機。 - 前記永久磁石の各辺部を正弦波の底辺に対応させ、前記スリット孔の径方向内側端のピッチを、前記正弦波の高さに比例させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石電動機。
- nを正の整数として、回転子の磁極数が2n個で、それぞれ導線が集中巻きされてなる固定子の歯数が3n個であり、前記永久磁石の各辺部を中央方向に縮めた部位に前記正弦波の底辺を対応させたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の永久磁石電動機。
- 前記スリット孔の径方向外側端と前記回転子鉄心の外周との間の鉄心幅を、前記永久磁石の中央部に対応する部位を、両側部よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石電動機。
- 前記永久磁石収容孔の径方向外側端と前記スリット孔の径方向内側端との間の鉄心幅、並びに、前記スリット孔の径方向外側端と前記回転子鉄心の外周との間の鉄心幅を、それぞれ前記鋼板の厚みの1乃至3倍としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石電動機。
