Abstract
【解決手段】電源変換装置は、複数の貫通穴を有するプリント回路基板及びプリント回路基板に位置する電子部品を含む電源変換基板素子と、接地子と、プリント回路基板と接地子とを物理的に接続し且つ電気的に絶縁するように貫通穴に対応する複数の絶縁支柱と、を備える。電源変換基板素子もここにさらに開示される。

Claims (19)
- 複数の貫通穴を有するプリント回路基板、及び前記プリント回路基板に位置する複数の電子部品を含む電源変換基板素子と、
接地子と、
前記プリント回路基板と前記接地子とを物理的に接続し且つ電気的に絶縁するように前記複数の貫通穴に対応する複数の絶縁支柱と、
を備える電源変換装置。 - 前記複数の絶縁支柱のそれぞれは、第1接続部と、第2接続部と、部分的に前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部を被覆するプラスチック部と、を含み、前記複数の絶縁支柱のそれぞれにおける前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部と、前記プラスチック部により分離される請求項1に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記接地子は、放熱ベースを含み、前記複数の絶縁支柱の少なくとも一部が前記プリント回路基板と前記放熱ベースとを物理的に接続し且つ電気的に絶縁する請求項1に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記接地子は、放熱子をさらに含む請求項1又は3に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記電源変換装置は、前記放熱子に締め付けられる挟持子をさらに含み、前記複数の電子部品が前記放熱子と前記挟持子との間に挟持されて且つ前記プリント回路基板に立設される請求項4に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記放熱子は、複数の締付部を含み、前記複数の絶縁支柱の一部が前記プリント回路基板を前記複数の締付部に固定する請求項4に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記放熱子は、前記放熱ベースと接触する請求項4に記載の電源変換装置。
- プリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板に位置する複数の電子部品と、
プレート、及び前記プレートに設置され前記複数の電子部品が配置される開口を有する締付子と、
を含む電源変換基板素子。 - 前記複数の電子部品は、コンデンサである請求項8に記載の電源変換基板素子。
- 前記締付子は、複数の止め板をさらに含み、前記複数の止め板が、二つでペアになって前記開口の外縁に対向的に設置され、且つ前記プレートに近接する端から前記プレートを離れる端に向かって前記開口の中心へ傾斜する請求項8に記載の電源変換基板素子。
- プリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板に設置された複数の第1電子部品と、
プレート、及び前記プレートに設置され前記複数の第1電子部品が配置される開口を有する締付子と、
前記プリント回路基板に固定されて且つ前記締付子と電気的に絶縁する放熱子と、
を含む電源変換装置。 - 前記プリント回路基板に設置された複数の第2電子部品と、前記放熱子に締め付けられ、前記複数の第2電子部品を前記プリント回路基板に立設させて固定させる挟持子と、をさらに含む請求項11に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記複数の第1電子部品がコンデンサであり、前記複数の第2電子部品がスイッチング素子である請求項12に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記締付子と前記放熱子とを物理的に接続し且つ電気的に絶縁するための複数の絶縁支柱をさらに含む請求項11に記載の電源変換装置。
- 放熱ベースと、前記プリント回路基板と前記放熱ベースとを物理的に接続し且つ電気的に絶縁するための複数の絶縁支柱と、をさらに含み、前記放熱子が前記放熱ベースに接触する請求項11に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板と前記放熱子とを物理的に接続し且つ電気的に絶縁するための複数の絶縁支柱をさらに含む請求項11に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記複数の絶縁支柱のそれぞれは、第1接続部と、第2接続部と、部分的に前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部を被覆するプラスチック部と、を含む請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記締付子は、前記プレートに立設された複数の係合フックをさらに含み、前記放熱子が前記複数の係合フックに対応する複数の係合穴を含み、前記複数の係合フックの各々が対応する前記複数の係合穴の各々と係合する請求項11に記載の電源変換装置。
- 前記締付子は、複数の止め板をさらに含み、前記複数の止め板が、二つでペアになって前記開口の外縁に対向的に設置され、且つ前記複数の止め板は前記プレートに近接する端から前記プレートを離れる端に向かって前記開口の中心へ傾斜する請求項11に記載の電源変換装置。
