本实用新型涉及一种硅橡胶绝缘支柱。主要解决现有绝缘支柱在组装产品时，包胶鼓包、胶棒不粘连会有渗水、抱箍拧不紧等用户操作前后触头会旋转错位。该绝缘支柱包括绝缘护套（1）、伞裙（2），所述伞裙（2）位于绝缘护套（1）外围，所述绝缘护套（1）的端部设有槽口（3），所述槽口（3）内设有金属管（4），所述金属管（4）与槽口（3）的内壁压接配合，所述金属管（4）用于安装抱箍。由于该硅橡胶绝缘支柱采用在金属管的外壁涂抹粘合剂并进行机械压接固定，实现硬面接触，并且有效防止抱箍连接时出现渗水以及安装不牢固的现象。

背景技术
现有的硅橡胶绝缘支柱在组装产品时，需要通过胶水粘接，从而会包胶鼓包、胶棒不粘连导致渗水等现象，而且抱箍拧不紧，导致安装不牢固，使得用户在操作时触头会旋转错位，给使用造成影响。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足与缺陷，本实用新型提供一种硅橡胶绝缘支柱，解决现有绝缘支柱在组装产品时，包胶鼓包、胶棒不粘连会有渗水、抱箍拧不紧等用户操作前后触头会旋转错位。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种硅橡胶绝缘支柱，包括绝缘护套、伞裙，所述伞裙位于绝缘护套外围，所述绝缘护套的端部设有槽口，所述槽口内设有金属管，所述金属管与槽口的内壁压接配合，所述金属管用于安装抱箍。
所述绝缘护套的内壁并与金属管两端相配合处设有卡槽，所述卡槽与金属管的两端构成压接配合。
所述金属管的外壁上设有粘合剂层。
所述金属管为铝型材。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于该硅橡胶绝缘支柱采用把金属管进行机械压接固定，实现硬面接触，并且有效防止抱箍安装不牢固的现象。

如图所示，一种硅橡胶绝缘支柱，包括绝缘护套1、伞裙2，所述伞裙2位于绝缘护套1外围，所述绝缘护套1的端部设有槽口3，所述槽口3内设有金属管4，所述金属管4与槽口3的内壁压接配合，所述金属管4的外壁上设有粘合剂层6。所述金属管4用于安装抱箍。根据上述技术方案，由于该硅橡胶绝缘支柱采用在金属管的外壁涂抹粘合剂并进行机械压接固定，实现硬面接触，并且有效防止抱箍连接时出现渗水以及安装不牢固的现象。
在本实用新型中，所述绝缘护套1的内壁并与金属管4两端相配合处设有卡槽5，所述卡槽5与金属管4的两端构成压接配合。压接时，通过工具卡压绝缘护套的卡槽处，实现与金属管的两端压接配合。所述金属管4为铝型材，加工方便，也可以根据需要选用其他材料。

1.一种硅橡胶绝缘支柱，包括绝缘护套（1）、伞裙（2），所述伞裙（2）位于绝缘护套（1）外围，其特征在于：所述绝缘护套（1）的端部设有槽口（3），所述槽口（3）内设有金属管（4），所述金属管（4）与槽口（3）的内壁压接配合，所述金属管（4）用于安装抱箍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘支柱，其特征在于所述绝缘护套（1）的内壁并与金属管（4）两端相配合处设有卡槽（5），所述卡槽（5）与金属管（4）的两端构成压接配合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的硅橡胶绝缘支柱，其特征在于所述金属管（4）的外壁上设有粘合剂层（6）。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的硅橡胶绝缘支柱，其特征在于所述金属管（4）为铝型材。
