873,767. Scaffolding. BURTON, J. Dec. 30, 1959 [Jan. 6, 1959], No. 444/59. Class 20(2) A device for mounting an upright tubular element of a scaffold frame upon an upright scaffold tube 18 comprises an elongated member 10 secured to the tube 18 by two clamps 12, and having a spigot 19 at its upper end which extends within the upright element of the scaffold frame. In a modification, the spigot 19 is replaced by a socket into which the frame element extends.
