Class 20(2) A bracket for supporting staging on a scaffolding having a vertical member 10 clamped by a clamp 12 to scaffolding 7 and a horizontal member 11 for supporting scaffold planks comprises at the outer end of the member 11 an upwardly directed opening 17 for receiving a scaffold tube 21. Another tube 20 is clamped below the other end of the member 11 and the tubes 20, 21 supported at their other ends by another bracket support intermediately a tube which supports the middle parts of the scaffold planks resting on the tubes 11. The opening 17 is formed between a diagonal tubular strut 15 and a plate 14 connecting the tubes 11, 15. The lower end of the tube 10 engages the scaffolding by a channel 13 or a clamp.
