[Class 44] [Also in Group XVII] A rubber-lined or other drum, keg or other container having a detachable cover 3 secured by clips mounted on a band 6 having lugs at the ends which is placed around the container beneath itsrim 2 and secured preliminarily by bolts through the lugs. The lugs are afterwards joined by welding, the bolts removed, and the lugs hammered down. The clips may be of the known toggle type shown and the ring 6 may be in sections.
