Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Übertragungsmittel enthält Zugträger 1 aus Zylonfasern. Zylon ist ein Handelsname der Firma Toyobo Co. Ltd., Japan, und betrifft Chemiefasern aus Poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) (PBO). Diese Fasern übertreffen in den für die erfindungsgemässe Anwendung entscheidenden Eigenschaften diejenigen von Stahllitzen und von anderen bekannten Fasern. Die Längsdehnung und das Metergewicht des Übertragungsmittels können durch die Verwendung von Zylon-Fasern reduziert werden, wobei die Bruchkraft gleichzeitig höher ausfällt.
Die Zugschicht 51 verleiht dem Flachriemen die erforderliche Zug- und Kriechfestigkeit, ist aber auch genügend flexibel, um eine ausreichend hohe Zahl von Biegevorgängen beim Umlenken um ein Riemenpulley ertragen zu können.
Die Keilrippen-Schicht 53 kann beispielsweise aus Polyurethan oder aus einem NBR-Elastomer (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) bestehen und ist ganz- oder teilflächig, direkt oder über eine Zwischenschicht mit der Zugschicht 51 verbunden. Die Rückseite des Keilrippen-Riemens weist eine wie die Keilrippen-Schicht mit der Zugschicht 51 verbundene Deckschicht 54 auf, die vorteilhafterweise als Gleitbelag ausgeführt ist. Zwischen den genannten Haupt-Schichten können Zwischenschichten (hier nicht dargestellt) vorhanden sein, die die erforderliche Haftung zwischen den genannten Schichten vermitteln und/oder die Flexibilität des Übertragungsmittels erhöhen. Dieser mit einer ganzflächigen Zugschicht versehene Keilrippen-Riemen kann auch eine wie bereits im Zusammenhang mit Fig. 15 beschriebene Führungsrippe aufweisen.
Die durch die beiden Kabinenführungsschienen 18 gebildete Führungsebene 20 ist, wie in Fig. 1B gezeigt, gegenüber dem unter der Aufzugkabine 12 hindurchführenden Strang des Keilrippen-Riemen-Übertragungsmittel 13, d. h. gegenüber der Querachse der Aufzugkabine 12, um einem Winkel a von 15 bis 20 Grad verdreht angeordnet. Dadurch können die Kabinenführungsschienen ausserhalb des vom Keilrippen-Riemen-Übertragungsmittel 13 und den Riemenpulleys beanspruchten Raums platziert werden, wodurch erreicht wird, dass einerseits die Achse des unter der Aufzugkabine 12 hindurchführenden Strangs des Keilrippen-Riemen-Übertragungsmittel 13 unterhalb des Kabinenschwerpunkts S angeordnet werden kann, wenn dieser in der durch die Kabinenführungsschienen 18 gebildete Führungsebene 20 liegt. Ausserdem wird damit die beanspruchte Schachtbreite minimiert.
Antrieb 14 erforderliche Drehmoment und somit die Abmessungen des Antriebs. Dadurch, und dank den ebenfalls in ihren Durchmessern reduzierten Umlenkpulleys 16.2 und 16.3, ist die in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Art der Ausführung und Anordnung des Aufzugs relativ kompakt und kann wie gezeigt im Schacht 11 untergebracht werden. Die geringe Grösse der an der Kabine 12 angebrachten Umlenkpulleys 16.3 erlaubt, den üblicherweise als Unterflasche 17 bezeichneten Unterbau unterhalb der Aufzugkabine 12, in welchem diese Umlenkpulleys 16.3 eingebaut sind, mit geringen Abmessungen auszuführen. Vorzugsweise kann diese Unterflasche 17 mit den Umlenkpulleys 16.3 sogar in den Kabinenboden integriert werden.
Claims (18)
- Aufzugssystem (10) mit einem Antrieb (14), der über ein Übertragungsmittel (13, 33) mit einer Aufzugkabine (12) und einem Gegengewicht (15) zusammenwirkt, um die Aufzugkabine (12) und das Gegengewicht (15) durch Übertragung einer Kraft zu bewegen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Übertragungsmittel (13, 33) als Keilrippen-Riemen (13) ausgeführt ist, bei dem der Rillenwinkel (b) zwischen 80 Grad und 100 Grad liegt. - Aufzugssystem (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (14) stationär ist.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stationäre Antrieb (14) in oder an einem Aufzugschacht (11), oder in einem Maschinenraum montiert ist.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keilrippen-Riemen (13) mindestens auf einer Seite mit mehreren parallel verlaufende Rillen (5) versehen ist.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rillenwinkel (b) 90 Grad beträgt.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keilrippen-Riemen (13) Querrillen (3) aufweist.
- Aufzugsystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keilrippen-Riemen (13) auf der Rückseite eine Führungsrippe (2) aufweist.
- Aufzugsystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere getrennte Keilrippen-Riemen (13) als Übertragungsmittel vorgesehen sind.
- Aufzugsystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keilrippen-Riemen (13) als Tragmittel und Treibmittel dient.
- Aufzugsystem (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass separate Tragmittel (33) vorhanden sind, um die Aufzugkabine (12) mit einem Gegengewicht (15) zu verbinden.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (14) zum Antreiben des Übertragungsmittels (13) ein Antriebspulley (16.1) mit einen Durchmesser von 70 mm bis 100 mm aufweist.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Tragmittel bildenden Keilrippenriemen Teil eines 2:1-Aufhängungssystems für die Aufzugskabine (12) und das Gegengewicht (15) sind (2:1-Einscherung).
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegengewicht (15) sich auf einer Seite der Aufzugskabine (12) bewegt, der Antrieb (14) ausserhalb einer vertikalen Kabinenprojektion oberhalb der oberen Endlage des Gegengewichts (15) angeordnet ist, der Antrieb (14) ein Antriebspulley (16.1), das Gegengewicht ein Aufhängungspulley (16.2) und die Aufzugskabine (12) eine Unterflasche (17) mit mindestens zwei Umlenkpulleys (16.3) aufweisen, wobei ein Keilrippen-Riemen (13) mit seinem einen Ende im Bereich des Antriebs (14) fixiert und von dort aus abwärts zum Aufhängungspulley (16.2) des Gegengewichts geführt ist, dieses umschlingt, sich aufwärts zum Antriebspulley (16.1) erstreckt, letzteres um etwa 180° umschlingt, sich entlang der dem Gegengewicht zugewandten Seite der Aufzugskabine (12) abwärts zu einem ersten Umlenkpulley (16.3) der Unterflasche (17) der Aufzugskabine (12) erstreckt, dieses um 90° umschlingt, horizontal zum zweiten Umlenkpulley (16.3) geführt ist, dieses um 90° umschlingt und sich entlang der dem Gegengewicht abgewandten Seite der Aufzugskabine (12) zu einem Fixpunkt (8) erstreckt.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keilrippen-Riemen (13), das Antriebspulley, die Unterflasche (17) mit ihren Umlenkpulleys (16.3) wie auch das Aufhängungspulley (16.2) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind, welche schräg (diagonal) zu den Seitenwänden der Aufzugskabine (12) verläuft.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegengewicht (15) sich auf einer Seite der Aufzugskabine (12) bewegt, der Antrieb (14) ausserhalb einer vertikalen Kabinenprojektion oberhalb der oberen Endlage des Gegengewichts (15) angeordnet ist und der Antriebsmotor ein Antriebspulley (16.1) aufweist, wobei ein erster Keilrippen-Riemen (13.1) mit seinem einen Ende am Gegengewicht (15) befestigt ist, von dort aus vertikal aufwärts zum Antriebspulley (16.1) verläuft, dieses um etwa 180° umschlingt und sich abwärts zu einem Fixpunkt an der dem Gegengewicht zugewandten Seite der Aufzugskabine erstreckt, ein zweiter Keilrippen-Riemen (13.2) am Gegengewicht (15) befestigt ist, von dort aus vertikal aufwärts zum Antriebspulley (16.1) verläuft, dieses um etwa 90° umschlingt, sich horizontal zu einem oberhalb der dem Gegengewicht abgewandten Seite der Aufzugskabine vorhandenen, fix installierten Umlenkpulley (16.4) erstreckt, dieses um etwa 90° umschlingt und sich abwärts zu einem Fixpunkt an der dem Gegengewicht (15) abgewandten Seite der Aufzugskabine (12) erstreckt.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Keilrippen-Riemen (13) in parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind, wobei die Keilrippenriemen über Antriebspulleys (16.1) geführt sind, die auf nur einer Seite des Antriebs (14) angeordnet sind.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (14) eine durchgehende Welle (45) enthält, die auf beiden Seiten des Antriebs je mindestens ein Antriebspulley (16.1) aufweist, wobei über jedes Antriebspulley (16.1) mindestens ein Keilrippen-Riemen (13.1, 13.2) des Aufzugssystems (10) läuft und diese Keilrippen-Riemen (13.1, 13.2) in untereinander parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind.
- Aufzugssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (14) auf Führungsschienen (18, 19) der Aufzugskabine (12) und/oder des Gegengewichts (15) abgestützt ist.
