Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к рекомбинантному микроорганизму, экспрессирующему авермектин или его аналоги, и к способу его конструирования, а также относится к способу продуцирования авермектина или его аналогов с использованием рекомбинантного микроорганизма и к авермектину или его аналогам, полученным с использованием данного способа. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение относится к применению авермектина или его аналогов в качестве инсектицидов. Использование рекомбинантного микроорганизма по настоящему изобретению для продуцирования авермектина или его аналогов имеет множество преимуществ, например, включающих по меньшей мере одно из следующего: хорошую стабильность, высокий выход продукта, простой способ, безопасность для окружающей среды и значительную экономию производственных затрат.
