本发明提出的一种改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料18份、喹啉黄2份、稀土0.65份、纳米二氧化硅0.25份、硫酸铝铵0.52份、硫酸钠0.35份、氢氧化钠0.55份、山梨酸钾0.35份、壳聚糖1.2份、渗透剂JFC 0.8份、聚乙烯醇3.5份、丙二醇3份、烷基糖苷1.1份、山梨醇酐三油酸酯0.4份、二萘基甲烷二磺酸钠0.4份、分散剂WA 0.5份、胆矾0.45份、癸二酸二丁酯0.2份、环氧大豆油1.1份、环氧糠油酸丁酯0.6份、苯甲酸乙酯0.4份、软化剂YS 0.22份、软化剂ES 0.35份、去离子水90份。
其中,天然染料按以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将香蕉皮、芒果皮和黄栀子粉碎,混合,加入体积分数为78%的乙醇水溶液,采用微波提取法提取3次,合并提取液,浓缩,得到物料B;其中,微波提取过程汇总,微波功率为320W,微波时间为12min;提取时料液比为1:30;
S2、将大黄、荩草和玉米清洗,晒干,粉碎,然后加入体积分数为60%的乙醇水溶液,回流提取法提取3次,合并提取液,浓缩,得到物料D;其中,提取时料液比为1:24;
S3、将物料B、物料D和姜黄素以重量比为3:8:1.2进行混合,得到天然染料。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料14份、喹啉黄1.5份、稀土0.5份、纳米二氧化硅0.25份、硫酸铝铵0.45份、硫酸钠0.35份、氢氧化钠0.5份、山梨酸钾0.25份、壳聚糖0.8份、渗透剂JFC 0.65份、聚乙烯醇2.5份、丙二醇2.5份、烷基糖苷1份、山梨醇酐三油酸酯0.3份、二萘基甲烷二磺酸钠0.3份、分散剂WA 0.35份、胆矾0.3份、癸二酸二丁酯0.2份、环氧大豆油1份、环氧糠油酸丁酯0.55份、苯甲酸乙酯0.25份、软化剂YS 0.2份、软化剂ES 0.25份、去离子水85份。
其中,天然染料按以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将香蕉皮、芒果皮和黄栀子粉碎,混合,加入体积分数为72%的乙醇水溶液,采用微波提取法提取4次,合并提取液,浓缩,得到物料B;其中,微波提取过程汇总,微波功率为300W,微波时间为15min;提取时料液比为1:25;
S2、将大黄、荩草和玉米清洗,晒干,粉碎,然后加入体积分数为55%的乙醇水溶液,回流提取法提取2次,合并提取液,浓缩,得到物料D;其中,提取时料液比为1:22;
S3、将物料B、物料D和姜黄素以重量比为2:5:1进行混合,得到天然染料。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料22.5份、喹啉黄2.5份、稀土0.85份、纳米二氧化硅0.35份、硫酸铝铵0.7份、硫酸钠0.4份、氢氧化钠0.55份、山梨酸钾0.4份、壳聚糖1.6份、渗透剂JFC 0.8份、聚乙烯醇4.2份、丙二醇3.5份、烷基糖苷1.2份、山梨醇酐三油酸酯0.5份、二萘基甲烷二磺酸钠0.5份、分散剂WA0.6份、胆矾0.7份、癸二酸二丁酯0.3份、环氧大豆油1.25份、环氧糠油酸丁酯0.65份、苯甲酸乙酯0.5份、软化剂YS 0.3份、软化剂ES 0.45份、去离子水110份。
其中,天然染料按以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将香蕉皮、芒果皮和黄栀子粉碎,混合,加入体积分数为80%的乙醇水溶液,采用微波提取法提取3次,合并提取液,浓缩,得到物料B;其中,微波提取过程汇总,微波功率为350W,微波时间为10min;提取时料液比为1:35;
S2、将大黄、荩草和玉米清洗,晒干,粉碎,然后加入体积分数为65%的乙醇水溶液,回流提取法提取2次,合并提取液,浓缩,得到物料D;其中,提取时料液比为1:25;
S3、将物料B、物料D和姜黄素以重量比为5:10:1.5进行混合,得到天然染料。

1.一种改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:天然染料10-25份、喹啉黄1-3份、稀土0.4-1份、纳米二氧化硅0.1-0.4份、硫酸铝铵0.3-0.8份、硫酸钠0.2-0.5份、氢氧化钠0.4-0.7份、山梨酸钾0.2-0.5份、壳聚糖0.5-2份、渗透剂JFC 0.5-1份、聚乙烯醇2-5份、丙二醇2-4份、烷基糖苷0.8-1.5份、山梨醇酐三油酸酯0.2-0.6份、二萘基甲烷二磺酸钠0.2-0.6份、分散剂WA 0.3-0.7份、胆矾0.2-0.8份、癸二酸二丁酯0.1-0.4份、环氧大豆油0.8-1.5份、环氧糠油酸丁酯0.4-0.8份、苯甲酸乙酯0.2-0.6份、软化剂YS 0.15-0.4份、软化剂ES 0.2-0.5份、去离子水70-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,天然染料按以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将香蕉皮、芒果皮和黄栀子粉碎,混合,加入溶剂A提取2-4次,合并提取液,浓缩,得到物料B;
S2、将大黄、荩草和玉米清洗,晒干,粉碎,然后加入溶剂C提取2-4次,合并提取液,浓缩,得到物料D;
S3、将物料B、物料D和姜黄素混合,得到天然染料。
3.根据权利要求2所述改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,S1中,采用微波提取法进行提取,其中,微波功率为300-350W,微波时间为10-15min。
4.根据权利要求2所述改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,S1中,溶剂A为体积分数为72-80%的乙醇水溶液。
5.根据权利要求2所述改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,S1中,提取时料液比为1:25-35。
6.根据权利要求2所述改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,S2中,采用回流提取法进行提取,且提取温度为82-90℃,提取时间为30-40min。
7.根据权利要求2所述改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,S2中,提取时料液比为1:22-25。
8.根据权利要求2所述改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,S2中,溶剂C为体积分数为55-65%的乙醇水溶液。
9.根据权利要求2所述改善猪鬃柔软性用染色剂,其特征在于,S3中,物料B、物料D和姜黄素之间的重量比为2-5:5-10:1-1.5。
