Claims (4)
- 분말화된 인도람 100 g 에 탄산칼륨 300 g 과 정제수 10L를 혼합하여 수소이온농도를 pH 10으로 유지하는 알칼리화단계(S10);와,
알칼리화된 인도람용액에 발효제로 엿기름 50 g 을 첨가하여 30 내지 35 ℃의 온도로 6 내지 12 일 동안 매 24시간마다 1 내지 2회 교반하여 발효시키는 초벌염료단계(S20);와,
상기 초벌염료단계(S20)를 거친 인도람염료 1L와 정제수 9L와, 탄산칼륨 300 g와, 엿기름 50 g 을 혼합한 후, 30 내지 35 ℃ 를 유지하여 매 24시간마다 1 내지 2회 교반함으로써 염료의 색이 진한 형광녹색으로 발현될 때까지 7 내지 10 일간 숙성시킴으로써 인도람염료를 재차 조성하는 발효염료단계(S30);와,
상기 발효염료단계(S30)를 거친 인도람염료 30 L를 100 L 정제수에 탄산칼륨 1000 g을 혼합하여 30 내지 35 ℃의 온도에서 6 내지 24 시간 발효시킴으로써 천연염색할 천을 바로 투입될 수 있도록 구비되는 염료완료단계(S40);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 인도람 천연염색제의 제조방법.
- 피염물인 천을 정제수에 30 초 내지 5 분간 침지하여 천에 공기가 흡착되지 않게 보습하는 천보습단계(P10);와,
정제수 100 L에 탄산칼륨 1000 g 을 혼합하고, 발효된 인도람염료 30 L를 상기 알칼리화된 정제수 100 L에 혼합하여 30 내지 35 ℃에 6 내지 24 시간 숙성시켜 인도람염액을 조성하는 염색염료단계(P20);와,
발효된 인도람염액에 6 내지 12 야드 의 면직물을 침지하여 5분간 염색을 수행한 후 일광건조를 1 내지 3일간 실시하되, 상기 염색과 일광건조를 1 내지 2 차례 반복구성하는 염색단계(P30);와,
일광건조를 4 내지 6 시간 건조 후 물에 침지하고 다시 일광건조와 세척을 하는 과정을 3 내지 4회 수행하고 식초로 수소이온농도(pH)를 5 내지 6으로 조정 후 천을 침지하여 20 내지 30분간 알칼리 성분을 제거하는 세척단계(P40);와,
세척된 천을 70 내지 80 ℃ 로 가열된 물에 10 내지 30 분간 침지하여 알칼리 성분을 제거하는 열탕세척단계(P50);와,
열탕된 천을 일광건조하는 마무리단계(P60);로 구성되는 것을 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 인도람 천연염색제를 이용한 염색법.

상기 염색단계(P30)에서 천의 염색에 이용된 염액에 인도람 45 내지 60g에 탄산칼륨 135 내지 180 g과 엿기름 22.5 내지 30 g 및 정제수 4.5 내지 6 L 가 혼합되어 환원ㆍ발효된 인도람염료 4.5 내지 6 L 를 첨가함으로써 염액이 천의 염색에 재사용될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 인도람 천연염색제를 이용한 염색법.
