本发明公开了一种真丝围巾的染色方法,涉及染色技术领域,包括以下步骤:(1)将原色的真丝围巾用水浸泡透1分钟‑2分钟;(2)将上述制备的蓝染色液、黄染色液和红染色液按1:1:1的比例依次倒入容器中得染色混合液;(3)将拧干水的原色的真丝围巾放入染色混合液中浸泡1分钟‑2分钟,并以每公斤真丝原料按7g/kg‑15g/kg的比例在染色混合液加入盐;(4)捞出完成染色的真丝围巾用水洗净,晾干即可。较之现有技术,经染色的原色的真丝围巾的颜不仅光亮,色泽柔和,色牢度高;而且还会在真丝围巾上呈现各种色彩鲜艳的迷幻色。

真丝围巾的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种对真丝围巾的染色方法。
背景技术
在目前保护环境、崇尚绿色生活的背景下,植物染色成为环保染色工艺的一种趋势;植物染色又称草木染色,是利用自然界植物的根、茎、叶、花、果、皮等,经过特殊的处理得植物染料,然后再用植物染料对的棉、麻、丝等各种织线进行染色的方法。但现使用植物染料色的色牢度相对较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种染色牢度高的真丝围巾的染色方法。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种真丝围巾的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取蓝染色液,所述蓝染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:木蓝树叶碎料45份-55份,蓝鼠曲草花0.45份-0.65份,水120份-150份;其制作方法为:将木蓝树叶碎料和蓝鼠曲草花混合后加水浸泡,自然发酵2天-5天,将发酵液过滤后煮沸8分钟-10分钟,得蓝染色液,备用;
(2)制取黄染色液,所述黄染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:密蒙花碎料55份-65份,水120份-150份;制作方法为:将密蒙花碎料加水浸泡,自然发酵1天-2天,将发酵液过滤后得黄染色液,备用;
(3)制取红染色液,所述红染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:红蓝草65份-75份,水150份-200份;制作方法为:将红蓝草碎料加水浸泡,自然发酵1天-2天,将发酵液过滤后煮沸15分钟-20分钟,得红染色液,备用;
(4)将原色的真丝围巾用水浸泡透1分钟-2分钟;
(5)将上述制备的蓝染色液、黄染色液和红染色液按1:1:1的比例依次倒入容器中得染色混合液;
(6)将拧干水的原色的真丝围巾放入染色混合液中浸泡1分钟-2分钟,并以每公斤真丝原料按7g/kg-15g/kg的比例在染色混合液加入盐;
(7)捞出完成染色的真丝围巾用水洗净,晾干即可。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明采用纯天然的植物色素进行染色,红黄蓝三种基色在调配时不搅拌,只是将红黄蓝三种基色放入容器中使之自然混合,因此,经染色的原色的真丝围巾的颜不仅光亮,色泽柔和,色牢度高;而且还会在真丝围巾上呈现各种色彩鲜艳的迷幻色,视觉感受舒适,而且织物带有草木天然的芳香,闻嗅舒畅。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
一种真丝围巾的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取蓝染色液,蓝染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:木蓝树叶碎料45份,蓝鼠曲草花0.45份,水120份;其制作方法为:将木蓝树叶碎料和蓝鼠曲草花混合后加水浸泡,自然发酵2天,将发酵液过滤后煮沸8分钟,得蓝染色液,备用;
(2)制取黄染色液,黄染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:密蒙花碎料55份,水120份;制作方法为:将密蒙花碎料加水浸泡,自然发酵1天,将发酵液过滤后得黄染色液,备用;
(3)制取红染色液,红染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:红蓝草65份,水150份;制作方法为:将红蓝草碎料加水浸泡,自然发酵1天,将发酵液过滤后煮沸15分钟,得红染色液,备用;
(4)将原色的真丝围巾用水浸泡透1分钟;
(5)将上述制备的蓝染色液、黄染色液和红染色液按1:1:1的比例依次倒入容器中得染色混合液;
(6)将拧干水的原色的真丝围巾放入染色混合液中浸泡1分钟,并以每公斤真丝原料按7g/kg的比例在染色混合液加入盐;
(7)捞出完成染色的真丝围巾用水洗净,晾干即可。
实施例2:
一种真丝围巾的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取蓝染色液,所述蓝染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:木蓝树叶碎料55份,蓝鼠曲草花0.65份,水150份;其制作方法为:将木蓝树叶碎料和蓝鼠曲草花混合后加水浸泡,自然发酵5天,将发酵液过滤后煮沸10分钟,得蓝染色液,备用;
(2)制取黄染色液,所述黄染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:密蒙花碎料65份,水150份;制作方法为:将密蒙花碎料加水浸泡,自然发酵2天,将发酵液过滤后得黄染色液,备用;
(3)制取红染色液,所述红染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:红蓝草75份,200份;制作方法为:将红蓝草碎料加水浸泡,自然发酵2天,将发酵液过滤后煮沸20分钟,得红染色液,备用;
(4)将原色的真丝围巾用水浸泡透2分钟;
(5)将上述制备的蓝染色液、黄染色液和红染色液按1:1:1的比例依次倒入容器中得染色混合液;
(6)将拧干水的原色的真丝围巾放入染色混合液中浸泡1分钟-2分钟,并以每公斤真丝原料按15g/kg的比例在染色混合液加入盐;
(7)捞出完成染色的真丝围巾用水洗净,晾干即可。

1.一种真丝围巾的染色方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)制取蓝染色液,所述蓝染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:木蓝树叶碎料45份-55份,蓝鼠曲草花0.45份-0.65份,水120份-150份;其制作方法为:将木蓝树叶碎料和蓝鼠曲草花混合后加水浸泡,自然发酵2天-5天,将发酵液过滤后煮沸8分钟-10分钟,得蓝染色液,备用;
(2)制取黄染色液,所述黄染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:密蒙花碎料55份-65份,水120份-150份;制作方法为:将密蒙花碎料加水浸泡,自然发酵1天-2天,将发酵液过滤后得黄染色液,备用;
(3)制取红染色液,所述红染色液由下述重量份的原料制成:红蓝草65份-75份,水150份-200份;制作方法为:将红蓝草碎料加水浸泡,自然发酵1天-2天,将发酵液过滤后煮沸15分钟-20分钟,得红染色液,备用;
(4)将原色的真丝围巾用水浸泡透1分钟-2分钟;
(5)将上述制备的蓝染色液、黄染色液和红染色液按1:1:1的比例依次倒入容器中得染色混合液;
(6)将拧干水的原色的真丝围巾放入染色混合液中浸泡1分钟-2分钟,并以每公斤真丝原料按7g/kg-15g/kg的比例在染色混合液加入盐;
(7)捞出完成染色的真丝围巾用水洗净,晾干即可。
