Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazofarbstoües.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazover-          bindung    von 1     -Amino    - 4 -     methoxybenzol-2-          (sulfonyl-n-dibutylamin)    mit     2-Oxycarbazol-          3-(carboyl-1'-amino-4'-chlorbenzol)    kuppelt.

           Beispiel:     15,7 Gewichtsteile     1-Amino-4-methoxy-          benzol-2-(sulfonyl-n-dibutylamin)    werden in  der üblichen Weise     diazotiert.    Hierauf ver  setzt man die     Diazolösung    zur Bindung der  überschüssigen Mineralsäure mit Natrium  ucetat und rührt sie in eine Lösung von  16,8 Gewichtsteilen 2 -     Oxycarbazol    - 3 -     (car-          boyl-1'-a.mino-4'-chlorbenzol)    in verdünnter  Natronlauge ein. Nach Beendigung der  Kupplung wird der entstandene Farbstoff       abfiltriert,    gut ausgewaschen und getrocknet.  



  Er stellt ein braunes Pulver dar, dass sich  in     Butylacetat,    Aceton,     Xylol    und     andern       organischen Lösungsmitteln leicht löst und       Celluloseesterlacke    in     braunen    Tönen von  guten Echtheitseigenschaften färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono- azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-4- methoxybenzol - 2 - (sulfonyl-n-dibutylamin) mit 2-Oxycarbazol-3-(carboyl-1'-amino-4'- chlorbenzol) kuppelt.
