Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     blonoazofarbstofes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch       gekennzeichnet    ist, dass man die     Diazover-          bindung    von 1-     Amino    - 2     -methoxybenzol    -     5-          (carboyl-N-(n)-butyl-aminobenzol)    mit 2  Oxycarbazol-3-(carboyl-1'-amino-4' -     chlorben-          zol)    kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  29,8 g     1-Amino-2-methoxybenzol-5-(car-          boyl-N-(n)-butylaminobenzol)    werden in der  üblichen Weise     diazotiert.    Hierauf versetzt  man die     Diazolösung    zur Bindung der über  schüssigen Mineralsäure mit     Natriumacetat          und    rührt sie in eine Lösung von 33,7 g     2-          Oxycarbazol-3-(carboyl        -l'-amino-4'-chlorben-          zol)    in verdünnter Natronlauge ein. Nach  Beendigung der Kupplung wird der entstan  dene Farbstoff     abfiltriert,    gut ausgewaschen  und getrocknet.  



  Er stellt ein     braunes    Pulver dar, das sich  in     Butylalkohol,        Butylacetat,    Essigester und    andern organischen     Lösungsmitteln    leicht  löst und     Celluloseesterlacke    in lebhaften  braunen Tönen von guten Echtheitseigen  schaften färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono- azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amin.o-2 methoxybenzol-5-(carboyl-N-(n)-butyl-amino- benzol) mit 2 - Oxycarbazol - 3 - (carboyl -1'- amino-4'-chlorbenzol) kuppelt.
