Description

  

  Verfuhren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazofarbstoifes.       Gegenstand     des    vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazo-          verbindung    von 1-     Amino    -     2,5    -     diäthoxy    -     4-          benzoylaminobenzol    mit     2,

  3-Oxynaphthoyl-          l'        -aminobenzol-        2(-        (sulf        onyl-n-        dibutylamin)     kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  15 Gewichtsteile     1-Amino-2,5-diäthoxy-          4-benzoylaminobenzol        werden    in der     üblichen     Weise     diazotiert.    Hierauf versetzt man die       Diazolösung    zur Bindung der     überschüssigen     Mineralsäure mit     Natriumacetat    und rührt  sie in eine Lösung von 22,7 Gewichtsteilen  2,3 -     Oxynaphthoyl    -     l'-        aminobenzol    - 2'-     (sul-          fonyl-n-dibutyla.min)    in verdünnter Natron  lauge ein.

   Nach Beendigung der Kupplung  wird der entstandene Farbstoff     abfiltriert,     gut ausgewaschen und getrocknet.  



  Er stellt ein blauviolettes Pulver dar, das    sich in     Butylalkohol,        Xylol    und andern or  ganischen     Lösungsmitteln    leicht löst und       Celluloseesterlacke    in violetten Tönen von  guten Echtheitseigenschaften färbt.
