Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Nonoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ,ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazover-          bindung    von 1 -     Amino    - 2,4 -     dimethyl    - 5     -          benzoylaminobenzol    mit     2,3-Oxynaphthoyl-          1'-aminobenzol-2'-        (sulfonyl-n-dibutylamin)     kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  12 Gewichtsteile     1-Amino-2,4-dimethyl-          5-benzoylaminobenzol    werden in der üblichen  Weise     diazotiert.    Hierauf versetzt man die       Diazolösung    zur Bindung der überschüssigen  Mineralsäure mit     Natriumacetat    und rührt  sie in eine Lösung von 22,7 Gewichtsteilen  2,3 -     Oxynaphthoyl    -1' -     -aminobenzol    - 2'-     (sul-          fonyl-n-dibutylamin)    in verdünnter Natron  lauge ein. Nach Beendigung der Kupplung  wird der entstandene Farbstoff     abfiltriert,     gut ausgewaschen und getrocknet.

      Er stellt ein rotes Pulver dar, das sich in       Butylacetat,    Aceton, und andern organischen  Lösungsmitteln leicht löst und     Celluloseester-          lacke    in roten Tönen von guter Lichtechtheit  färbt.

After the coupling has ended, the resulting dye is filtered off, washed well and dried.

      It is a red powder that easily dissolves in butyl acetate, acetone and other organic solvents and colors cellulose ester lacquers in red shades of good lightfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines 112ono- azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-2,4- dimethyl-5-benzoylaminobenzol mit 2,3-Oxy- naphthoyl -1' - aminobenzol - 2'- (sulf onyl-n-di- butylamin) kuppelt.
