Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     blonoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazover-          bindung    von 1-     Amino    - 4 -     methogybenzol    -     5-          (sulfonyl-n-dibutylamin)    mit     1-Phenyl-3-me-          thyl-5-pyrazolon    kuppelt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    15,7 g     1.-Amino-4-methogybenzol-5-(sul-          fonyl-n-dibutylamin)    werden in der üblichen  Weise     diazotiert.    Hierauf versetzt man die       Diazolösung    zur Bindung der überschüssi  gen Mineralsäure mit     Natriumacetat    und  rührt sie in eine     wässrige    Suspension von  8,7 g     1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    ein, die  man durch Lösen dieser Verbindung in ver  dünnter Natronlauge und Fällen mit Essig  säure erhält.

   Nach Beendigung der Kupp  lung     wird    der entstandene Farbstoff     abfil-          triert,    gut ausgewaschen und getrocknet.    Er stellt ein gelbes Pulver dar, das sich  in     Xylol,    Aceton und andern organischen  Lösungsmitteln leicht löst und     Celluloseester-          lacke    in sehr lebhaften     gelben        Tönen    von  guter Lichtechtheit färbt.

Sodium acetate is then added to the diazo solution to bind the excess mineral acid and it is stirred into an aqueous suspension of 8.7 g of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, which is obtained by dissolving this compound in dilute sodium hydroxide solution and precipitates with acetic acid.

   After the coupling has ended, the resulting dye is filtered off, washed well and dried. It is a yellow powder that dissolves easily in xylene, acetone and other organic solvents and colors cellulose ester lacquers in very vivid yellow shades of good lightfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-4- methogybenzol - 5 # (sulf onyl - n - dibutylamin) mit 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon kuppelt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein gelbes Pulver dar, das sich in Xylol, Aceton und andern organischen Lösungsmitteln leicht löst und Celluloseesterlacke in sehr lebhaf ten gelben Tönen von guter Lichtechtheit färbt.
