Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Nonoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazoverbin-          dung    von     1-Amino-2-methyl-5-(N-n-butyl-          phenylaminosulfonyl)-benzol    mit     2-Oxy-3-          (N-methyl-pheny        laminocarboyl)-naphthalin     kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     15,9 Gewichtsteile     1-Amino-2-methyl-5-          (N-n-butylphenyl-aminosulfonyl)-benzol    wer  den in der üblichen Weise     diazotiert.    Hier  auf versetzt man die     Diazolösung    zur Bin  dung der überschüssigen Mineralsäure mit       Natriumacetat    und rührt sie in eine Lösung  von 13,9 Gewichtsteilen     2-Oxy-3-(N-methyl-          phenylaminocarboyl)-naphthalin    in verdünn  ter Natronlauge ein. Nach Beendigung der  Kupplung wird der entstandene Farbstoff       abfiltriert,    gut ausgewaschen und getrocknet.  



  Er stellt ein gelbrotes Pulver dar, das    sich in Äthylalkohol, Essigester, Aceton und  andern organischen     Lösungsmitteln    leicht  mit gelbroter Farbe löst und     Celluloseester-          lacke        in    lebhaften und echten gelbroten  Tönen färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono- azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-2- methyl- 5 -(N-n-butyl-phenylaminosulfonyl)- benzol mit 2-Oxy-3-(N-methyl-phenylamino- carboyl)-naphthalin kuppelt.
