Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazover-          bindung    von     1-Amino-2-methogybenzol-5-          sulfo    - N -     äthyl    -     cyclohegylamid    mit 2 -     Ogy-          carbazol    - 3 -     (carboyl        -1'-amino-4'-chlorbenzol)     kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  31,2 g     1-Amino-2-methogybenzol-5-sulfo-          N-äthyl-cyclohegylamid    werden in der übli  chen Weise     diazotiert.    Hierauf versetzt man  die     Diazolösung    zur Bindung der überschüs  sigen     31ineralsäure    mit     Natriumacetat    und  rührt sie in eine Lösung von 33,7 g     2-Ogy-          carbazol    - 3 -     (carboyl        -1'-amino-4'-chlorbenzol)     in verdünnter Natronlauge ein. Nach Be  endigung der Kupplung wird der entstan  dene Farbstoff     abfiltriert,    gut ausgewaschen  und getrocknet.

      Er stellt ein braunes Pulver dar, das sich  in     Butylacetat,    Aceton und andern organi  schen Lösungsmitteln leicht löst und     Cellu-          loseesterlacke    in braunen     Tönen    von guten       Echtheitseigenschaften    färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren. zur Herstellung eines AZono- azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-2- methogybenzol - 5 - sulf o -N- äthyl-cyclohegyl- amid mit 2-Ogycarbazol-3-(carboyl-1'-amino- 4'-chlorbenzol) kuppelt.
