Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazover-          bindung    von 1-     Amino    - 2 -     methogybenzol    -     5-          (carboyl-n-dibutylamin)    mit     1-(2'-Chlorphe-          nyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    kuppelt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    13,9 g     1-Amino-2-methogybenzol-5-(car-          boyl-n-dibutylamin)    werden wie üblich     di-          azotiert.    Die mit     Natriumacetat    auf Kongo  neutralität abgestumpfte     Diazolösung    rührt  man in eine durch Lösen in verdünnter Na  tronlauge und Ausfällen mit Essigsäure er  haltene     Suspension    von 10,5 g     1-(2'-Chlor-          phenyl)3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    ein. Der ent  stehende Farbstoff wird     abfiltriert,    gut ge  waschen und getrocknet.  



  Er stellt ein gelbes Pulver dar, das in       ssutylacetat,    Äthylalkohol, Essigester und    andern organischen Lösungsmitteln leicht  löslich ist und     Celluloseesterlacke    in lebhaf  ten gelben Tönen von     guten    Echtheitseigen  schaften färbt.
