Accountabilities:
Recruitment
1. According to the Manpower Model, prioritize hiring for stores having greater requirement.
2. Sourcing through job portals, internal references, campus hiring, field hiring, print, broadcast &

3. Conduct centralized recruitment drive, screen and filter candidates.
4. Conduct background checks and filter accordingly.
5. Efficiently bridge the gap in manpower by organizing Express Recruitment Drive and transfer

iterating existing policies.
6. Design and implement SOPs to meet goals and objectives.

managers or team members to critical restaurants.
8. Ensure that employees adhere to HR policies, conduct recurring calls to ensure they remain up-to-
