Resumo: O artigo propõe uma análise do filme Bom trabalho, de Claire Denis, cuja narrativa se concentra nas memórias do sargento Galoup, expulso da Legião Francesa em Djibouti. Ao passo que retrata a ocupação colonial, o filme revela a sensorialidade dos corpos dos soldados da Legião através de imagens ritualísticas desses corpos nos espaços e na paisagem desértica de Djibouti. Trata-se de pensar a forma como o filme compõe os espaços e os corpos a partir da noção de desterritorialização em uma ampla acepção (ou seja, no sentido de deslocamento físico, mas também no sentido trazido por Gilles Deleuze (1983) em relação à imagem-percepção e à imagem-afecção). Busca-se, portanto, estabelecer uma relação entre paisagens e corpos num sentido material e sensorial (Marks, 2000), paralelamente a uma análise das identidades pós-coloniais deslocadas e em decadência. Abstract: The article analyzes the film Beau Travail, directed by Claire Denis, which presents a narrative centered around the memories of Sargent Galoup, who had been expelled from the French Legion in Djibouti. By portraying a colonial occupation, the film reveals the sensorial character of the soldiers' bodies, through ritualistic images of these bodies in the spaces and deserted landscapes of Djibouti. It examines the form by which the film composes the spaces and the bodies from the notion of deterritorialization in its broader meaning (that is, in the sense of physical displacement, as well as in the sense brought by Gilles Deleuze (1983) in relation to the perception-image and the affection-image). Thus, this article establishes a relationship between the portrayal of the landscapes and bodies from a material and sensorial perspective (Marks, 2000), while looking at the deterritorialized postcolonial identities.
