The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze whether both leadership and the organizational culture affect the performance of local governments. This research is important to know whether the leadership of the head of municipality and also organizational culture are the factors affecting the performance of local governments to improve the welfare of the people. This research uses a quantitative and verificative approach applying surveys using a questionnaire instrument consisting of a list of structured questions. The population of this research refers to government employees (ASN) as the observational unit. The research design or equations that is used in the research will be analyzed using Structural Equation Desaining (SEM) analysis technique. The paper presents an overview of the organizational behaviour (OB) and its relationship with management theory and organizational structure. It examined the concept of organizational behaviour from a number of perspectives exploring the prevailing definitions and the scope of the discipline. The relationship between OB and management theory was examined and it was noted that OB is an offshoot of management theory, and a macrocosm of the component theories in management theory, where the mainstream management theories have contributions towards the development of OB as a field of study. Despite the several benefits gained as a result of e-procurement, the actual potential of it in the public sector in Ghana has not been realized. Studies has further suggested that little is known of e-procurement in most organizations. This demonstrates that the area is under-researched and hence, there is a gap that needs to be filled in literature on the aspect of e-procurement and its impacts in the public sector in Ghana.  Therefore the study was to assess the impact of e-procurement in the Ghanaian public sector. The study examined the moderating effect of career on women online shopping behaviour. Data for the study were gathered from 330 career women in South-South, Nigeria through structured questionnaire. The study is explored five constructs and evaluated a proposed model explaining the moderating effect of career and the relationship between them. SPSS version 25 was used for preliminary analysis while WarpPLS 7.0 was used in testing the hypothesized relationships. The findings revealed that career moderates the influence of perceived risk, perceived usefulness, performance expectancy and internet self-efficacy in online shopping behaviour among career women while social influence is partially supported and validated from the analysis. The study concludes that the proposed model would serve as a relevant theory that will be helpful in understanding the adoption decisions of career women in working and shopping environments.
