Higher education faced unplanned, unwanted, un experienced, tense test in online learning with Novel Covid-19 pandemic. For all the stakeholders participating in this type of training from lecturers, students and support ICT staff its unwelcome but the university systems were stuck on how they have to go through to ensure that they end Semester II academic year 2019/20. The paper presents an overview of the organizational behaviour (OB) and its relationship with management theory and organizational structure. It examined the concept of organizational behaviour from a number of perspectives exploring the prevailing definitions and the scope of the discipline. The relationship between OB and management theory was examined and it was noted that OB is an offshoot of management theory, and a macrocosm of the component theories in management theory, where the mainstream management theories have contributions towards the development of OB as a field of study. With the increasing popularity of ICT, cyber-crimes have increased rapidly. Countries across the globe have made the necessary interventions to ensure cyber-security. Saudi Arabia has been the worst victim of cyber-crimes in the Gulf region. This article investigates the preparedness of Saudi Arabia to defend itself against cyber-crimes. In order to combat against cyber-crimes, Saudi Arabia formed the anti-cybercrimes law in 2007. Global Cyber-security Index of 2017 has placed Saudi Arabia in the maturing stage behind the leading nations. The objective of this paper is to examine the impact of current reforms on labour and the civil society in Nigeria. The targeted outcome of the reforms essentially is to reduce poverty and generally improve the lot of the people. It is therefore significant to examine the extent to which the reforms are affecting, positively or negatively, the Nigerian people. This paper therefore provides an overview of the extent to which stakeholders in the Nigerian project are variously affected by current economic reforms, their reactions and the ways in which future policy reforms should be approached. The paper relies on reviews of archival materials and focal interviews of relevant groups to provide insightful information. The purpose of this study was to establish the relationship between internal audit and organisational performance of Kenyan WSPs. To fulfil the study objective, hypothesis was derived and tested on a population of 93 Water service providers. This cross sectional descriptive study was guided by a positivist study paradigm. The Data Envelopment Analysis approach was used to codify the dependent variable and regression analysis was then applied to test the hypothesis. The null hypothesis was rejected as the regression analysis found that 10.1% of variations in firm performance are explained by variation in internal audit while 89.9% of variations are explained by other variables. The aim of this study is to seek out factors that affect attitudes and considerations of taxpayers on tax compliance in tourism industry in Georgia. The factors were determined according to the previous literature, and classified as internal & external. The majority of recent researches on tax compliance focused on individuals, not on firms. In this paper, we use data collected from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in tourism industry in Georgia. A questionnaire was designed by using a five point Likert scale and filled out with face-to-face interview. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient widely used to measure internal consistency was obtained as 0,837 in this study. Competition among colleges in getting new students is getting fiercer. The relevance of Civil Society Organizations (CSO) is growing. Due to this, it is pertinent to look for strategies that strengthen them. This work seeks to compare five different theoretical models associated with the strength, institutional capacities, and maturity of CSOs, which allows the integration of a system for evaluating them. Through a documentary and bibliographic analysis, with a descriptive scope, the components and concepts of strength and maturity of each of the models studied are described and contrasted. The results allows to establish the fundamentals for the conceptualization of an evaluation system based on these concepts.
