Description
Claims (12)
- 알루미늄 2~6중량% 밀 칼슘 0.5~4중량%를 함유하고, 잔부가 마그네슘과 불가피한 불순물로 구성되고, Ca/Al비가 0.8이하의 마그네슘합금으로부터 형성된 성형부재이고, 내 크리프성이 뛰어난 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금 성형부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ca/Al비가 0.6이하이고, 시험온도 150℃, 시험하중 50MPa에서의 최소 크리프속도 4×10-10/S이하의 내 크리프성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금 성형부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마그네슘합금이 0.15중량% 이하의 Sr을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금 성형부재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균결정입자지름이 30㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금 성형부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형부품이 자동차용 트랜스미션부품 또는 엔진부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금 성형부재.
- 알루미늄 2~6중량% 밀 칼슘 0.5~4중량%를 함유하고, 잔부가 마그네슘과 불가피한 불순물로 구성되고, 고상과 액상이 혼재하는 액상선 이하의 온도에서의 반용융사출성형에 의해 뛰어난 내 크리프성이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금.
- 제6항에 있어서, 마그네슘합금이 0.15중량% 이하의 Sr을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, Ca/Al비가 0.8이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금.
- 제8항에 있어서, Ca/Al비가 0.6이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 변형을 도입한 금속입자 또는 펠릿형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금.
- 제6항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 마그네슘합금을 고상과 액상이 혼재하는 액상선 온도 이하에서 반용융사출성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내 크리프성이 뛰어난 내열마그네슘합금부재의 성형방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 반용융사출성형을 행할 때, 반용융상태시의 고상율이 30%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열마그네슘합금부재의 성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
