Claims (4)
- 제1 단자;제2 단자; 상기 제1단자에 결합된 입력 노드와 상기 제2 단자에 결합된 출력 노드를 가지는 3상 인버터 회로; 상기 제1 및 제2 단자 사이에 결합된 피드백 회로; 상기 제2 단자가 공진 소자와 연결되었는지 여부 또는상기 제2 단자가 공진소자와 연결되었는지 여부 또는 상기 제2단자가 클락신호를 수신하는지 여부를 검출하고 상기 제2단자가 상기 공진 소자와 연결될 때 제1 준위를 가지고 상기 제2 단자가 상기 클락 신호를 수신할 때 제2 준위를 가지는 검출 신호를 생성하기 위하여 제2 단자와 결합된 검출 회로; 및 상기 검출 신호의 상기 제1 준위에 응답하여 상기 3상 인버터 회로와 상기 피드백 회로 각각을 활성화시키고, 상기 검출 신호의 상기 제2 준위에 응답하여 상기 3상 인버터 회로와 상기 피드백 회로 각각을 비활성화 시키는 제어 회로; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진기 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 검출 회로가, 캐패시터; 상기 제1 준위를 가지는 상기 검출 신호를 생성하기 위하여, 상기 캐패시터를 방전시키기 위하여 상기 공진 소자와 연결되어 있는 상기 제2 단자에 응답하는 수단; 상기 제2 준위를 가지는 상기 검출 신호를 생성하기 위하여, 상기 캐패시터를 충전시키기 위하여 상기 클락 신호를 수신하는 상기 제2 단자에 응답하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진기 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 검출 회로가 상기 캐패시터를 방전시킴으로써 제1 상태로 되고 상기 캐패시터를 충전함으로써 제2 상태로 되는 쌍안정성 회로를 포함하며, 상기 검출 회로가 상기 쌍안정성 회로의 상기 제1 상태에 의해 제1 준위로 되고 상기 쌍안정성 회로의 상기 제2 상태에 의해 제2 준위로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진기 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 회로가 제1 및 제2 준위 중 하나를 취하는 상기 검출 신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제2 단자의 준위의 변화를 계수하는 계수기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진기 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
