Claims (2)
- 데이터 입력단에 항상 하이 레벨의 신호가 입력되고, 클럭 입력단에 트리거 펄스 신호가 입력되며, 상기 트리거 펄스 신호가 입력될 때마다 논리 1의 출력 데이터 신호를 발생시키고, 액티브 로우 신호에 의해 리셋 되도록 이루어지는 디 플립플롭과;일정한 크기의 정전류를 공급하는 정전류원 회로와;상기 정전류가 공급되고, 캐패시터를 포함하며, 상기 출력 데이터 신호가 논리 1일 때 상기 캐패시터를 충전시키고, 상기 출력 데이터 신호가 논리 0일 때 상기 캐패시터를 방전시키도록 이루어지는 스위치 회로와;상기 캐패시터 전압에 따른 논리 값을 반전시켜서 상기 디 플립플롭의 리셋 단자에 전달하는 인버터를 포함하는 단안정 멀티바이브레이터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 스위치 회로는,상기 정전류가 공급되는 풀 업 소자와 접지에 연결되는 풀 다운 소자가 직렬 연결되어 제 1 노드를 형성하고, 상기 제 1 노드와 접지 사이에 상기 캐패시터가 연결되며, 상기 출력 데이터 신호가 논리 1일 때 상기 풀 업 소자가 턴 온 되어 상기 캐패시터를 충전시키고, 상기 출력 데이터 신호가 논리 0일 때 상기 풀 다운 소자가 턴 온 되어 상기 캐패시터를 방전시키도록 이루어지는 단안정 멀티바이브레이터.
