Claims (12)
- 두께가 약 0.005 인치 이하인 자기 페라이트 스테인레스 스티일층, 및 이 자기층의 각 측면에 있는, 두께가 약 0.005인치 이하인 비-자기 오스테나이트 스테인레스 스티일 층으로 이루어지는, 유도가열용으로 적합한 복합재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자기층이 두께가 약 0.0045 내지 0.005인치인 T-409 스테인레스 스티일인 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비-자기층이 각각 두께가 약 0.004 내지 0.005 인치인 T-304 스테인레스 스티일인 재료.
- 두면을 가지고 자기 유도코일에 아주 근접하게 위치하며 두께가 0.005 인치 이하인 비-자기 오스테나이트 스테인레스 스티일 제 1 층 상기 유도 코일에서 가장 먼 제 1층의 면에 결합되고 두께가 0.005인치 이하인 자기 페라이트 스테인레스 스티일 제 2층 : 제 2층에 결합되고 두께가 0.005인치 이하인 비-자기오스테나이트 스테인레스 스티일 제 3 층, 제 3 층에 결합되고 두께가 0.200인치 이하인 알루미늄 제 4 층; 및 제 4 층에 결합된 비-자기오스테나이트 스테인레스 스티일 제 5 층으로 이루어지는 유도 가열용으로 적합한 복합재료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 4 층이 각면이 거의 순수한 알루미늄으로 피복된 알루미늄 합금 코어로 이루어지는 3중-플라이 알루미늄층(이는 두께가 약 0.020 내지 0.200인치이다)인 재료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 1 층 및 제 3 층이 각각 두께 약 0.004 내지 0.005 인치의 T-304 스테인레스 스티일인재료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 2 층이 두께 약 0.0045 내지 0.0005 인치의 T-409 스테인레스 스티일인 재료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 5 층이 두께 약 0.010 내지 0.015 인치의 T-304 스테인레스 스티일인 재료.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금이 알루미늄 3003 또는 3004인 재료.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 거의 순수한 알루미늄이 99.0 내지 99.75% 순도인 재료.
- 제 1항의 복합재료로 생성된, 유도가열로 사용하기 적합한 조리도구.
