Claims (14)
- 前記外側部分が、更にオーステナイトステンレス鋼の2層間に挿入されている、請求項1に記載の調理容器。
- 前記内側部分は、熱膨張係数が9・10−6 K−1と14・10−6 K−1との間にあるフェライトステンレス鋼の層からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の調理容器。
- フェライトステンレス鋼の層がオーステナイトステンレス鋼の2層間に挿入されている、請求項3に記載の調理容器。
- 前記内側部分が、30℃と350℃との間のキュリー温度を有する強磁性合金層からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の調理容器。
- 前記内側部分が、オーステナイトステンレス鋼の2層間に挿入されている、請求項6に記載の調理容器。
- 前記内側部分が、オーステナイトステンレス鋼の2層間に挿入されている、請求項8に記載の調理容器。
- 前記外側部分が、47%から55%のニッケル、7%から13%のクロム、0%から8%のコバルトを含有し、220℃と290℃との間のキュリー温度である強磁性合金層からなり、また、調理容器が、16%から21%のクロムおよび0.4%から0.6%のチタンを含有するフェライトステンレス鋼合金、または16%から21%のクロム、0.6%から1.5%のモリブデンおよび0.3%から0.7%のニオブを含有するフェライトステンレス鋼合金からなる内側部分を含み、前記内側部分が外側部分の強磁性合金のキュリー温度を超えるキュリー温度および10・10−6 K−1と14・10−6 K−1との間の熱膨張係数を有し、前記コアがアルミニウム、アルミニウム合金および銅のうちから選択される少なくとも1つの層を含むことを特徴とする、食品を調理またはフライにすることを意図した請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の調理容器。
- 食品が米、魚または肉である、請求項10に記載の調理容器。
- 前記外側部分が、44%から47%のニッケル、12%から15%のクロムを含有し、キュリー温度が110℃と160℃との間である強磁性合金層からなり、また、調理容器が19%から21%のクロムおよび0.4%から0.6%のチタンを含有するフェライトステンレス鋼合金からなり、前記外側部分の強磁性合金のキュリー温度を超えるキュリー温度の内側部分を含み、前記コアがアルミニウム、アルミニウム合金および銅のうちから選択される少なくとも1つの層を含むことを特徴とする、食品の調理を意図した請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の調理容器。
- 食品が野菜または果物である、請求項12に記載の調理容器。
- 前記容器の側壁が、前記容器の基部と同じ多層材料から作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
