제1도는 가열소자의 세로축에 평행하게 위치한 공급점을 갖는 환상의 표면가열소자의 부분단면도. 제2도는 소정의 각도로 위치한 제1도에 상응하는 가열소자의 단면도. 제3도는 제 위치에 있는 가열소자를 갖는 기계노즐의 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 환상의 외부 셀, 내부부품 및, 이 내부부품 및 외부셀 사이에 제공된 가열도체 또는 가열도체들을 가지고, 공구 및 기계부품을 위하여 전기저항 가열을 하는 표면가열소자에 있어서, 절연층(6)으로 포위되어 있는각 가열도체(5)가 2개의 가열소자의 부품에 의해 한정된 수취부(4)에 틈새없이 배치되어 있고, 수취부는 대기로부터 기밀하고 액밀하게 밀봉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면가열소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외부 셀(2)의 팽창계수가 내부부품(3)의 팽창계수 보다 작거나 그와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 표면가열소자.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외부 셀 및 내부부품이 도체(5)를 가열하기 위하여 복수개의 인접한 수취부(4)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면가열소자.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 환상의 중간부와 외부 셀 및 내부부품의 사이에 제공되고, 외부 셀 및 인접한 환상의 중간부 및/또는 2개의 환상의 중간부 및/또는 하나의 환상의 중간부 및 내부부품이 각기 도체(5)를 가열하기 위하여 하나 이상의 인접한 수취부를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면가열소자.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부셀과 관련되고, 가열도체(들)(5)를 위하여 수취부를 형성하는 부품이 접속면의 외부지역에서 서로서로 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면가열소자.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부부품이 원반형으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면가열소자
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부부품이 공구 또는 기계의 기능부인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면가열소자.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 외부 셀(22)이 스크류를 고정하기 위한 관통공(26)의 띠를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면가열소자.
