제3도는 제2도에서의 선 3-3을 따라 제1도의 써어멀 프린트 헤드를 도시한 단면도.
제4도는 제2도에서의 선 4-4를 따라 도시됐지만 제3도와 비슷한 단도.

Claims (2)

  1. 다수의 격리된 전도체 각각은 한정된 말단부분을 가지는데 상기 말단부분 각각은 표면영역을 가지는 것으로 이루어진 다수의 격리된 전도체 각각과 상기 표면영역 각각에 인접한 표면부분을 가지며, 상기 전도체를 지지하는 지주구조와 상기 표면영역에 평행격리된 상기표면영역 각각을 위해 한 부분을 가지는 공통전도체와 그리고 상기 표면 영역 각각과 상기 공통전도체 사이에 전기 접촉으로 연장된 저항에 의해 상기 공통도체와 상기 다수의 전도체중의 어느 한 도체 사이의 전압의 인가는 전류와 대부분의 생성열에너지를 그것에 관하여 연장된 상기 저항을 거쳐 상기 표면에 수직한 상기 공통도체의 상기 부분과 상기 다수의 전도체중 상기 어느 한 전도체의 상기 표면 영역 사이를 흐르도록 야기하는 저항으로 구성된 써어멀 프린트 헤드.
