Claims (3)
- 히이터심선과, 이 히이터심선을 피복하는 전기절연층과, 이 전기절연층 표면에 설치된 음극기체와, 이 음극기체 표면에 설치된 전자방출물질층으로 이루어지는 방열형 선상 음극에 있어서, 상기 음극기체가 금속도전층 및 금속세선에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열형 선상 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극기체가 상기 전기절연층 표면에 설치된 금속도전층과 이 금속도전층 표면에 권장된 금속세선에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열형 선상 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극기체가 상기 전기절연층 표면에 권장된 금속세선과, 이 금속세전상 및 전기절연 층상에 설치된 금속도전층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열형 선상 음극.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
