Description
Claims (22)
- 산화이트륨(Y2O3) 1.5 내지 5몰%를 포함하는 산화지르코늄(ZrO2) 50 내지 90중량%와 알루미나(Al2O3), 스피넬(MgAl2O4) 또는 멀라이트(3A2O3·2SiO2) 50 내지 2중량%로 필수적으로 구성되며, 적어도 1700MPa의 삼점굽힘강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화이트륨 함유 산화지르코늄과 알루미나로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 산화지르코늄형 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결체를 구성하는 산화지르코늄의 결정상이 정방결정, 또는 정방결정과 등방결정으로 주로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결체결정의 입도가 2μm보다 더 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결체의 부피밀도가 이론밀도의 적어도 99.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결체가 그안에 30μm이상 크기의 기공을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체.
- (a1) 산화이트륨 1.5 내지 5몰%를 포함하는 산화지르코늄분말 또는 (a2) 산화이트륨분말 1.5 내지 5몰%와 산화지르코늄 분말 95 내지 98.5%로 이루어지는 혼합물 50 내지 98중량%와 (b) 알루미늄, 알루미늄-마그네시아형 산화물, 알루미나-실리카형 산화물, 알루미나와 마그네시아의 혼합물 및 알루미나와 실리카의 혼합물로부터 선택된 알루미나형 산화물 분말 2 내지 50중량%로 필수적으로 구성되는 분말조성물을 1300℃ 내지 1700℃의 온도에서 적어도 50MPa의 압력하에 균형적으로 (isostatically)고열압착하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 산화지르코늄분말 또는 산화이트륨함유 산화지르코늄분말의 평균주요입도는 0.1μm보다 크지 않으며 산화이트륨분말의 평균주요입도는 0.5μm보다 크지않고 알루미나형 산화물분말의 평균 주요입도는 0.5μm보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알루미나형 산화물분말은 20㎡g보다 더 작은 비표면적과, 0.2 내지 0.4μm의 평균 주요입도를 갖는 α-알루미나 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분말혼합물은 캡슐내에 충전된 다음 고온균형 압착처리를 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분말혼합물을 성형시키고 성형된 분말혼합물을 예비적으로 소결시켜 1.5μm보다 크지 않은 평균입도를 갖는 입자(grains)로 구성되는 예비소결제품을 얻고 다음에 예비소결제품을 고열균형 압착처리를 받게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 50MPa 내지 500MPa의 압력하에 고열균형 압착처리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- (a1) 산화이트륨 1.5 내지 5몰%를 포함하는 산화지르코늄분말 또는 (a2) 산화이트륨분말 1.5 내지 5몰%와 산화지르코늄 분말 95 내지 98.5몰%로 이루어지는 혼합물 50 내지 98중량%와 (b) 알루미나, 알루미나-마그네시아형 산화물, 알루미나-실리카형 산화물, 알루미나와 마그네시아의 혼합물 및 알루미나와 실리카의 혼합물로부터 선택된 알루미나형 산화물 분말 2 내지 50중량%로 필수적으로 구성되는 분말조성물을 1400℃ 내지 1700℃의 온도에서 적어도 20MPa의 압력하에 단일축상으로 압축소결시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 산화지르코늄분말 또는 산화이트륨함유 산화지르코늄 분말의 평균 주요입도는 0.1μm보다 크지 않으며 산화이트륨분말의 평균주요입도는 0.5μm보다 크지 않고 알루미늄형 산화물분말의 평균 주요입도는 0.5μm보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 알루미나형 산화물분말은 20㎡/g보다 더 작은 비표면적과, 0.2 내지 0.4μm의 평균 주요입도를 갖는 α-알루미나 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- (a) 지르코늄, (b) 안정제로서 이트륨 및 (c) 알루미늄, 알루미늄과 마그네슘, 또는 알루미늄과 실리콘을 이들 원소의 염, 유기금속화합물 또는 산화물의 형태로 포함하는 수용액에 탄산암모늄을 가하는 단계와 형성된 침전을 산화지르코늄형 분말을 얻기 위하여 열분해시키는 단계, 그리고 얻어진 분말을 1300℃ 내지 1700℃의 온도에서 적어도 50MPa의 압력하에 고열균형 압착처리를 받게하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 탄산암모늄을 격렬한 교반을 하면서 출발수용액에 한번 가하여 용액의 pH갖이 약 9가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 침전을 900℃ 내지 1150℃에서 공기대기중에서 열분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 산화지르코늄분말의 평균주요입도는 0.1μm보다 더 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 산화지르코늄형분말을 성형시키고 성형된 분말을 1500℃보다 더 높지 않은 온도에서 예비소결시킨 다음, 예비소결제품을 고열균형 압착처리를 받게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 50MPa 내지 500MPa의 압력하에 고열균형 압착처리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화지르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 산화지르코늄형 분말을 캡슐에 충전시킨 다음 고열균형 압착처리를 받게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화카르코늄형 소결체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
