技术领域
本发明涉及牙齿修复材料的制造方法。
背景技术
牙齿是一种在很多脊椎动物上存在的结构,人类和高等动物咀嚼食物的器官。牙齿是人类身体最坚硬的器官。一般而言,牙齿呈白色,质地坚硬。牙齿的各种形状适用于多种用途,包括撕裂、磨碎食物。一旦牙齿损坏就需要修复,因此,修复材料是牙科领域研究的重点内容之一。
目前,齿科修复材料逐渐由初期的树脂发展为金属,最终发展到氧化锆义齿材料,氧化锆陶瓷材料具有高熔点、高硬度、高耐磨性、耐氧化等良好的综合性能,而且生产原料来源充足,制造成本低廉,适合进行大规模的工业生产,因此,氧化锆逐渐成为一种备受人们青睐的齿科修复材料,此外氧化锆陶瓷生物相容性好,且具有接近人体自然牙齿的釉质感和通透感。但是,由于氧化锆陶瓷的天然脆性,阻碍了该类产品的进一步广泛应用,因此,氧化锆陶瓷较低的断裂韧性和较高的脆性限制了它的应用。
因此,急需开发出一种即具有高抗弯强度、高断裂韧性,又具有抗炎性和生物相容性的牙齿的修复材料,目前该种材料未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决现有氧化锆陶瓷的脆性大,断裂韧性小,作为牙齿修复材料易发生断裂、崩瓷和不具有抗炎性的问题,而提供一种具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的制造方法。
一种具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的制造方法,是按以下步骤完成的:
一、将去离子水、油酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯醇混合均匀,再进行搅拌,得到溶液A;
步骤一中所述的去离子水与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为100:(0.3~1);
步骤一中所述的去离子水与聚乙烯醇的质量比为100:(0.5~2);
步骤一中所述的去离子水与油酸钠的质量比为100:(1.5~2);
二、向溶液A中加入纳米氧化锆粉末、纳米氧化铝粉末和纳米二氧化铈粉末,再进行搅拌,得到浆料;
步骤二中所述的纳米氧化锆粉末、纳米氧化铝粉末和纳米二氧化铈粉末的质量比为100:(4~8):(8~15);
步骤二中所述的溶液A与纳米氧化锆粉末的质量比为100:(10~20);
三、将浆料在喷雾造粒机中进行喷雾造粒,得到的颗粒再进行压制,得到瓷块;
步骤三中所述的瓷块的厚度为15mm~30mm;
步骤三中所述的压制的压力为80MPa~150MPa;
四、将瓷块放入马弗炉中,以2℃/min~4℃/min的升温速率升温至250℃~300℃,再在250℃~300℃下保温2h~4h,再以2℃/min~4℃/min的升温速率从250℃~300℃升温至750℃~800℃,再在750℃~800℃下保温2h~3h,再以2℃/min~4℃/min的升温速率从750℃~800℃升温至1500℃~1560℃,再在1500℃~1560℃下保温1h~2h;得到氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块;
五、层层自组装:
①、将氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块浸入到聚乙烯醇溶液中5min~10min,取出后吹干;然后置于单宁酸溶液中浸泡5min~10min,取出后吹干;
步骤五①中所述的聚乙烯醇溶液中聚乙烯醇的质量与去离子水的体积比为(1g~2g):100mL;
步骤五①中所述的单宁酸溶液中单宁酸的质量与去离子水的体积比为(1g~2g):100mL;
②、重复步骤五①20次~40次,得到涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块;
③、将涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块置于表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中5min~10min,取出后吹干,然后置于单宁酸溶液中浸泡5min~10min,取出后吹干;
步骤五③中所述的单宁酸溶液中单宁酸的质量与去离子水的体积比为(1g~2g):100mL;
步骤五③中所述的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的质量与去离子水的体积比为(0.001g~0.01g):1mL;
④、重复步骤五③20次~40次,得到具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料。
本发明的原理及优点:
一、本发明以油酸钠为分散剂,以羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,以纳米氧化锆粉末为原料,以纳米氧化铝粉末和纳米二氧化铈粉末为增韧剂制备了氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块,再以聚乙烯醇、单宁酸和表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯为原料,通过层层自组装法在氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块表面制备了高硬度涂层,该涂层能够防止体液渗透,且因为含有表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯,使其具有抗炎性,不易引发炎症;
二、氧化锆陶瓷的断裂韧性为8MPa·m1/2,而本发明制备的具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的断裂断裂韧性可达16MPa·m1/2~20MPa·m1/2,因此,本发明制备的具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的断裂韧性较氧化锆陶瓷提高了1倍~1.5倍。

步骤三中所述的瓷块的厚度为15mm~30mm;
步骤三中所述的压制的压力为80MPa~150MPa;
四、将瓷块放入马弗炉中,以2℃/min~4℃/min的升温速率升温至250℃~300℃,再在250℃~300℃下保温2h~4h,再以2℃/min~4℃/min的升温速率从250℃~300℃升温至750℃~800℃,再在750℃~800℃下保温2h~3h,再以2℃/min~4℃/min的升温速率从750℃~800℃升温至1500℃~1560℃,再在1500℃~1560℃下保温1h~2h;得到氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块;
五、层层自组装:
①、将氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块浸入到聚乙烯醇溶液中5min~10min,取出后吹干;然后置于单宁酸溶液中浸泡5min~10min,取出后吹干;
步骤五①中所述的聚乙烯醇溶液中聚乙烯醇的质量与去离子水的体积比为(1g~2g):100mL;
步骤五①中所述的单宁酸溶液中单宁酸的质量与去离子水的体积比为(1g~2g):100mL;
②、重复步骤五①20次~40次,得到涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块;
③、将涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块置于表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中5min~10min,取出后吹干,然后置于单宁酸溶液中浸泡5min~10min,取出后吹干;
步骤五③中所述的单宁酸溶液中单宁酸的质量与去离子水的体积比为(1g~2g):100mL;
步骤五③中所述的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的质量与去离子水的体积比为(0.001g~0.01g):1mL;
④、重复步骤五③20次~40次,得到具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料。
具体实施方式二:本实施方式与具体实施方式一不同点是:步骤二中所述的纳米氧化锆粉末的粒径为20nm~40nm。其它步骤与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:本实施方式与具体实施方式一或二之一不同点是:步骤二中所述的纳米氧化铝粉末的粒径为40nm~60nm。其它步骤与具体实施方式一或二相同。
具体实施方式四:本实施方式与具体实施方式一至三之一不同点是:步骤二中所述的纳米二氧化铈粉末的粒径为40nm~60nm。其它步骤与具体实施方式一至三相同。
具体实施方式五:本实施方式与具体实施方式一至四之一不同点是:步骤三中喷雾造粒得到的颗粒粒径为10μm~30μm。其它步骤与具体实施方式一至四相同。
具体实施方式六:本实施方式与具体实施方式一至五之一不同点是:步骤三中所述的喷雾造粒的雾化频率为200Hz,进料泵转速为30r/min,干燥温度为220℃~300℃。其它步骤与具体实施方式一至五相同。
具体实施方式七:本实施方式与具体实施方式一至六之一不同点是:步骤三中所述的压制的压力为80MPa~100MPa。其它步骤与具体实施方式一至六相同。
具体实施方式八:本实施方式与具体实施方式一至七之一不同点是:步骤四中将瓷块放入马弗炉中,以3℃/min的升温速率升温至280℃,再在280℃下保温3h,再以3℃/min的升温速率从280℃升温至800℃,再在800℃下保温2h,再以3℃/min的升温速率从800℃升温至1550℃,再在1550℃下保温1.5h;得到复合陶瓷块。其它步骤与具体实施方式一至七相同。
具体实施方式九:本实施方式与具体实施方式一至八之一不同点是:步骤五②中重复步骤五①30次~40次,得到涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块;步骤五④中重复步骤五③30次~40次,得到具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料。其它步骤与具体实施方式一至八相同。
具体实施方式十:本实施方式与具体实施方式一至九之一不同点是:步骤五③中所述的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的质量与去离子水的体积比为(0.005g~0.008g):1mL。其它步骤与具体实施方式一至九相同。
采用以下实施例验证本发明的有益效果:
实施例一:一种具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的制造方法,是按以下步骤完成的:
一、将去离子水、油酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯醇混合均匀,再进行搅拌,得到溶液A;
步骤一中所述的去离子水与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为100:0.6;
步骤一中所述的去离子水与聚乙烯醇的质量比为100:1.2;
步骤一中所述的去离子水与油酸钠的质量比为100:1.8;
二、向溶液A中加入纳米氧化锆粉末、纳米氧化铝粉末和纳米二氧化铈粉末,再进行搅拌,得到浆料;
步骤二中所述的纳米氧化锆粉末的粒径为20nm~40nm;
步骤二中所述的纳米氧化铝粉末的粒径为40nm~60nm;
步骤二中所述的纳米二氧化铈粉末的粒径为40nm~60nm;
步骤二中所述的纳米氧化锆粉末、纳米氧化铝粉末和纳米二氧化铈粉末的质量比为100:6:10;
步骤二中所述的溶液A与纳米氧化锆粉末的质量比为100:15;
三、将浆料在喷雾造粒机中进行喷雾造粒,得到的颗粒再进行压制,得到瓷块;
步骤三中喷雾造粒得到的颗粒粒径为10μm~15μm;
步骤三中所述的瓷块的厚度为20mm;
步骤三中所述的喷雾造粒的雾化频率为200Hz,进料泵转速为30r/min,干燥温度为300℃;
步骤三中所述的压制的压力为90MPa;
四、将瓷块放入马弗炉中,以3℃/min的升温速率升温至280℃,再在280℃下保温3h,再以3℃/min的升温速率从280℃升温至800℃,再在800℃下保温2h,再以3℃/min的升温速率从800℃升温至1550℃,再在1550℃下保温1.5h;得到氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块;
五、层层自组装:
①、将氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块浸入到聚乙烯醇溶液中10min,取出后吹干;然后置于单宁酸溶液中浸泡10min,取出后吹干;
步骤五①中所述的聚乙烯醇溶液中聚乙烯醇的质量与去离子水的体积比为1.5g:100mL;
步骤五①中所述的单宁酸溶液中单宁酸的质量与去离子水的体积比为1.5g:100mL;
②、重复步骤五①30次,得到涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块;
③、将涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块置于表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中10min,取出后吹干,然后置于单宁酸溶液中浸泡10min,取出后吹干;
步骤五③中所述的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的质量与去离子水的体积比为0.006g:1mL;
步骤五③中所述的单宁酸溶液中单宁酸的质量与去离子水的体积比为1.5g:100mL;
④、重复步骤五③30次,得到具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料。
实施例一制备的具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的断裂韧性可达20MPa·m1/2
实施例二:本实施例与实施例一的不同点是:步骤二中所述的纳米氧化锆粉末、纳米氧化铝粉末和纳米二氧化铈粉末的质量比为100:4:8。其它步骤及参数与实施例一均相同。
实施例二制备的具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的断裂韧性可达16.9MPa·m1/2
实施例三:本实施例与实施例一的不同点是:步骤四中将瓷块放入马弗炉中,以4℃/min的升温速率升温至250℃,再在250℃下保温2h,再以4℃/min的升温速率从250℃升温至780℃,再在780℃下保温3h,再以4℃/min的升温速率从780℃升温至1500℃,再在1500℃下保温2h。得到氧化铝和二氧化铈增韧的复合陶瓷块。其它步骤及参数与实施例一均相同。
实施例三制备的具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的断裂韧性可达18.3MPa·m1/2
对比实施例:氧化锆陶瓷是按以下步骤完成的:
一、向去离子水中加入纳米氧化锆粉末,再进行搅拌,得到浆料;
步骤一中所述的纳米氧化锆粉末的粒径为20nm~40nm;
步骤一中所述的去离子水与纳米氧化锆粉末的质量比为100:15;
二、将浆料在喷雾造粒机中进行喷雾造粒,得到的颗粒再进行压制,得到瓷块;
步骤二中喷雾造粒得到的颗粒粒径为10μm~15μm;
步骤二中所述的瓷块的厚度为20mm;
步骤二中所述的喷雾造粒的雾化频率为200Hz,进料泵转速为30r/min,干燥温度为300℃;
步骤二中所述的压制的压力为90MPa;
三、将瓷块放入马弗炉中,以3℃/min的升温速率升温至280℃,再在280℃下保温3h,再以3℃/min的升温速率从280℃升温至800℃,再在800℃下保温2h,再以3℃/min的升温速率从800℃升温至1550℃,再在1550℃下保温1.5h;得到氧化锆陶瓷。
对比实施例制备的氧化锆陶瓷的断裂韧性可达8MPa·m1/2

实施例一、实施例二和实施例三制备的具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料作为牙齿修复材料未引发口腔内炎症。
实施例一、实施例二和实施例三制备的具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料作为牙齿修复体的厚度列于表1。

Claims (1)

1.一种具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料的制造方法,其特征在于该制造方法是按以下步骤完成的:
一、将去离子水、油酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯醇混合均匀,再进行搅拌,得到溶液A;
步骤一中所述的去离子水与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为100:0.6;
步骤一中所述的去离子水与聚乙烯醇的质量比为100:1.2;
步骤一中所述的去离子水与油酸钠的质量比为100:1.8;
二、向溶液A中加入纳米氧化锆粉末、纳米氧化铝粉末和纳米二氧化铈粉末,再进行搅拌,得到浆料;
步骤二中所述的纳米氧化锆粉末的粒径为20nm~40nm;
步骤二中所述的纳米氧化铝粉末的粒径为40nm~60nm;
步骤二中所述的纳米二氧化铈粉末的粒径为40nm~60nm;
步骤二中所述的纳米氧化锆粉末、纳米氧化铝粉末和纳米二氧化铈粉末的质量比为100:6:10;
步骤二中所述的溶液A与纳米氧化锆粉末的质量比为100:15;
三、将浆料在喷雾造粒机中进行喷雾造粒,得到的颗粒再进行压制,得到瓷块;
步骤三中喷雾造粒得到的颗粒粒径为10μm~15μm;
步骤三中所述的瓷块的厚度为20mm;

步骤五①中所述的单宁酸溶液中单宁酸的质量与去离子水的体积比为1.5g:100mL;
②、重复步骤五①30次,得到涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块;
③、将涂覆有涂层的复合陶瓷块置于表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中10min,取出后吹干,然后置于单宁酸溶液中浸泡10min,取出后吹干;
步骤五③中所述的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯溶液中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的质量与去离子水的体积比为0.006g:1mL;
步骤五③中所述的单宁酸溶液中单宁酸的质量与去离子水的体积比为1.5g:100mL;
④、重复步骤五③30次,得到具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料;
步骤五④中所述的具有层层自组装涂层的抗炎牙齿修复材料中具有层层自组装涂层能够防止体液渗透。
