- 매트면 및 샤이니면을 갖는 구리층; 및
상기 구리층 상에 배치된 방청막;을 포함하고,
절대값 기준으로 0.5 내지 25 Mpa의 잔류응력(residual stress)을 가지며,
상기 구리층은,
구리; 및
탄소(C);를 포함하고,
상기 구리층에 있어서, 상기 탄소(C)의 함량은 2 내지 20 ppm 이고,
상기 구리층은 결정질(crystalline) 입자를 포함하는 (111)면, (200)면, (220)면 및 (311)면을 가지며,
상기 (111)면, 상기 (200)면, 상기 (220)면 및 상기 (311)면의 회절강도의 합 중에서 상기 (220)면의 회절강도가 차지하는 비율이 10 내지 40%이고,
상온에서 상기 (220)면의 상기 결정질 입자는 70 내지 120 nm의 평균 입자크기를 가지는, 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 잔류응력은 상기 (111)면, 상기 (200)면, 상기 (220)면 및 상기 (311)면 중 적어도 하나에 대하여 측정된 것인, 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 잔류응력은 상기 (200)면에 대하여 측정된 것인, 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,
130 ℃에서 30분 열처리 후, 2 내지 20%의 연신율을 갖는, 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 매트면 방향의 제1 면 및 상기 샤이니면 방향의 제2면을 가지며,
상기 제1 면과 상기 제2 면의 표면조도 Ra 차이가 0.5㎛ 이하인, 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,

이차전지용 전극. - 양극(cathode);
상기 양극과 대향 배치된 음극(anode);
상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 배치되어 리튬 이온이 이동할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 전해질(electrolyte); 및
상기 양극과 상기 음극을 전기적으로 절연시켜 주는 분리막(separator);을 포함하고,
상기 음극은,
제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 동박; 및
상기 동박 상에 배치된 활물질층;
을 포함하는 이차전지. - 구리 이온을 포함하는 전해액을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 전해액 내에 서로 이격되게 배치된 양극판 및 회전 음극드럼을 30 내지 70 ASD(A/dm2)의 전류밀도로 통전시켜 구리층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 전해액은,
70 내지 100 g/L의 구리 이온;
70 내지 150 g/L의 황산;
1 내지 45 ppm의 염소(Cl);
0.6 g/L 이하의 비소(As) 이온;
0.01 내지 0.1 ml/L의 과산화수소; 및
유기 첨가제;를 포함하며,
상기 유기 첨가제는 광택제(A 성분), 감속제(B 성분), 레벨링제(C 성분) 및 조도 조절제(D 성분) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하며,
상기 광택제(A 성분)는 술폰산 또는 그 금속염을 포함하고,
상기 감속제(B 성분)는 비이온성 수용성 고분자를 포함하고,
상기 레벨링제(C 성분)는 질소(N) 및 황(S) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 조도 조절제(D 성분)는 질소 함유 헤테로고리 4급 암모늄염 또는 그 유도체를 포함하는,
동박의 제조방법.
