Claims (15)
- 카보디이미드 변성 폴리올레핀(a), 폴리프로필렌 수지(b) 및 강화 섬유(c)를 함유하고, 상기 강화 섬유(c)가 다관능 화합물(s)에 의해 사이징 처리되어 있는 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물로, 이하의 조건(I) 또는 (II)를 만족하는 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물:
(I) 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물 중 매트릭스 수지 성분에 포함되는 카보디이미드기의 함유량이, 매트릭스 수지 성분 100 g에 대해, 0.0005~140 mmol이고;
(II) 성분(b)과 성분(c)의 합계를 100질량부로 하고, 성분(a)을 0.01~50질량부, 성분(b)을 20~99질량부, 성분(c)을 1~80질량부 함유함.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 카보디이미드 변성 폴리올레핀(a) 100 g에 포함되는 카보디이미드기의 함유량은 1~200 mmol인, 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
강화 섬유(c)는 탄소 섬유인, 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다관능 화합물(s)에서의 관능기는 에폭시기, 카르복시기, 아미노기 및 히드록시기로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다관능 화합물(s)은 지방족 에폭시 수지인, 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다관능 화합물(s)은 폴리에틸렌이민인, 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유의 X선 광전자 분광법으로 측정되는 표면 산소 농도비 O/C는 0.05~0.5인, 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 포함하는 성형 재료로, 성분(a), 성분(b), 성분(c) 및 성분(s)에 더해, 테르펜 수지(d)를 더 함유하고, 성분(c) 및 성분(d)을 함유하는 복합체에, 성분(a) 및 성분(b)을 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 성분이 접착되어 있어, 성분(d)의 SP 값이 6.5~9이며, 성분(d)의 SP 값이 성분(s)의 SP 값보다 낮은 성형 재료.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 성분(d)는 α-피넨, β-피넨, 디펜텐 및 d-리모넨으로부터 선택되는 단량체 단위를 포함하는 중합체 및 상기 중합체가 수소 첨가 처리된 수소화 테르펜 수지로부터 선택된 수지인, 성형 재료.
- 제9항에 있어서.
상기 복합체가 심구조이며, 적어도 상기 성분(a) 및 성분(b)을 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 성분이 상기 복합체의 주위를 피복한 심초 구조인, 성형 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 프리프레그이며, 강화 섬유(c)가 강화 섬유 기재인 프리프레그.
- 제11항에 있어서,
프리프레그는 시트상이며, 강화 섬유 기재를 구성하는 강화 섬유가 불연속 섬유인, 프리프레그.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유 기재는, 섬유 길이 10 mm를 초과하는 강화 섬유가 0~50질량%, 섬유 길이 2~10 mm의 강화 섬유가 50~100질량%, 및, 섬유 길이 2 mm 미만의 강화 섬유가 0~50질량%로부터 구성되고, 강화 섬유 기재를 구성하는 강화 섬유의 이차원 배향각의 평균값이 10~80도인, 프리프레그.
- 제11항에 있어서,
강화 섬유 기재를 구성하는 강화 섬유는 실질적으로 연속 섬유인, 프리프레그.
- 제14항에 있어서,
강화 섬유 기재를 구성하는 강화 섬유는 한 방향으로 나란하게 되어 있는, 프리프레그.
