특성 (1): 온도 190 ℃ㆍ하중 2.16 Kg에서의 멜트 플로우 레이트(MFR)가 0.8 g/10분 이상 5.0 g/10분 미만이고, 온도 190 ℃ㆍ하중 21.6 Kg에서의 하이 로드 멜트 플로우 레이트(HLMFR)가 180 g/10분 이상 400 g/10분 이하이며, HLMFR/MFR이 80 내지 200
특성 (2): 밀도가 0.955 g/cm3 이상 0.970 g/cm3 이하
특성 (3): 분자량 105 이상인 성분의 13C-NMR 스펙트럼에 의한 측정값으로부터 구한 CSD의 값이 0.0 내지 3.0

Claims (9)
- 하기의 특성 (1) 내지 (3)을 만족하는 폴리에틸렌계 중합체를 주성분으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
특성 (1): 온도 190 ℃ㆍ하중 2.16 Kg에서의 멜트 플로우 레이트(Melt Flow Rate; MFR)가 0.8 g/10분 이상 5.0 g/10분 미만이고, 온도 190 ℃ㆍ하중 21.6 Kg에서의 하이 로드 멜트 플로우 레이트(High-Load Melt Flow Rate; HLMFR)가 180 g/10분 이상 400 g/10분 이하이며, HLMFR/MFR이 80 내지 200임
특성 (2): 밀도가 0.955 g/cm3 이상 0.970 g/cm3 이하임
특성 (3): 분자량 105 이상인 성분의 13C-NMR 스펙트럼의 측정값으로부터 하기 수학식 a에 의해 구한 CSD(Comonomer Sequence Distribution)의 값이 0.0 내지 3.0임

CSD=4×[EE][CC]/[EC]2
(수학식 a 중, [EE]는 에틸렌ㆍ에틸렌 연쇄수, [CC]는 공단량체ㆍ공단량체 연쇄수, [EC]는 에틸렌ㆍ공단량체 연쇄수를 나타냄) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 중합체는 하기의 성분 (A)를 20 중량% 이상 40 중량% 이하, 및 성분 (B)를 60 중량% 이상 80 중량% 이하 함유하는 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
성분 (A): HLMFR이 0.1 내지 5.0 g/10분, 밀도가 0.915 내지 0.935 g/cm3이며, 13C-NMR 스펙트럼의 측정값으로부터 수학식 a에 의해 구한 CSD의 값(CSDA)이 0.0 내지 3.0인 에틸렌계 중합체
성분 (B): MFR이 150 g/10분 이상 600 g/10분 미만, 밀도가 0.960 g/cm3 이상 0.980 g/cm3 미만인 에틸렌계 중합체 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 중합체는 성분 (A)의 CSD의 값 CSDA와, 성분 (A)의 13C-NMR 스펙트럼에 의해 측정한 주쇄의 탄소 원자 1,000당 탄소수 1 내지 20의 단쇄 분지수 SCBA(개/1,000 C)가 하기 수학식 b를 더 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
<수학식 b>
CSDA<-0.1273×SCBA+3.3 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 중합체는 하기의 특성 (4) 및 (5)를 더 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
특성 (4): 굽힘 탄성률이 900 내지 1500 MPa임
특성 (5): 190 ℃, 전단 속도 400 sec-1에서의 용융시 점도가 200 내지 500 Paㆍs임 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 중합체는 하기의 특성 (6) 및 (7)을 더 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
특성 (6): 풀 노치 크리프 시험(Full Notch Creep Test)에 의한 80 ℃, 1.9 MPa에서의 파단 시간(FNCT)이 40시간 이상임
특성 (7): 사출 성형 시료의 일정 변형 스트레스 크랙 내성이 200 내지 1000시간임 - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 중합체의 성분 (A) 및 성분 (B) 중 적어도 하나가 중합 촉매의 존재하에 적어도 2개의 중합 반응기를 조합한 다단 중합법에 의해 중합되고, 적어도 하나의 중합 반응기에서 에틸렌 단독 중합체를 중합하고, 적어도 다른 중합 반응기에서 에틸렌과 탄소수가 3 내지 20인 α-올레핀과의 에틸렌 공중합체를 중합하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 중합체의 중합 촉매는 화학식 Mg(OR2)mX2 2-m(식 중, R2는 알킬, 아릴 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, X2는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고, m은 1 또는 2임)으로 표시되는 화합물 및 화학식 Ti(OR3)nX3 4 -n(식 중, R3은 알킬, 아릴 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, X3은 할로겐 원자를 나타내고, n은 1, 2 또는 3임)으로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 균일한 탄화수소 용액을, 화학식 AlR1 lX1 3 -l(식 중, R1은 알킬, 아릴 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, X1은 할로겐 원자를 나타내고, l은 1≤l≤2의 수를 나타냄)로 표시되는 유기 할로겐화 알루미늄 화합물로 처리하여 얻어지는 탄화수소 불용성 고체 촉매와 유기 알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기 덮개는 내용물로서 탄산 음료를 수납하는 용기에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기 덮개는 연속 압축 성형에 의해 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 덮개용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 성형 재료.
